Dr Kim Hanley is a poor excuse for a vet. There was a note in my cat’s chart that started he hisses (from nerves) so she refused to take him out of his carrier for his vaccines. She had her assistance pin my cat’s head and body to the bottom of the carrier and tried to vaccinate him that way which caused him to freak out. She then grabbed him by the back of his neck, flung him around, and shoved him back into the carrier face first while trying to vaccinate him again. He freaked out and she slammed the top of the carrier shut and said “Yeah, that’s not going to happen… You need to go to a full service vet from now on if that’s how he is going to act” with an terrible attitude. Very unprofessional behavior for a VET who is supposed to work with ANIMALS. I do not recommend these services as you cannot tell which vet will be attending clinics on what days. An absolute joke.
Aliyah, Alyssa, and Trinity however were angels. Very sweet girls who you can tell love their job!

Convenient quality care. A lifesaver to get my newly adopted pup his booster shots after my regular vet said they couldn't see him for 2 months .

I've been to vetco before, and it always has been great. I just had my cat check over and gotten her yearly shots. Will be back when she's due again.

Took my dog to get vaccinated, me and my dog was treated rude and nasty by the vet and her staff cause my dog was barking. If the vet and staff can't handle barking dogs maybe they need a different profession. I will not be going there again will go to a vet who cares about your pet and treats them right. If I can give no stars that's what they deserve

This is the first post I've ever done on this app but don't want anyone else to go through this...I brought my lab to the groomer for the basics when he was 7 months old...since then my fiancé and I have been unable to keep up with his nails as he visibly shakes when we turn the grinder on (6 months later)...we have tried every method including getting the harness to put on the doorframe as that is supposed to be hypnotic for him...upon picking him up from this location I was told it took 3 staff members to put him in a crate (at 7 months old) and he was difficult...before this trip he had been to the groomer 2 or 3 times and had never heard a negative word about him...everyone that worked there was miserable and impersonal and did not seem to care about the dogs at all...just there for a paycheck and didn't care about the quality of care whatsoever...if I could leave no stars I would...saying all this, it could be different at other locations but I will never set foot in this store again...hope this saves someone a few headaches

My cat Pugsley very much enjoyed his visits here, even though seeing the dogs makes him irrationally angry. He liked visiting the birds to watch and occasionally yell at them. He doesn't get out much, clearly. He's a strictly indoor boy. Great selection of pet foods and toys. My cats went wild for the various freeze dried treats they carry so I made a point to always stop here for treats. The staff are so nice, even when Pugsley was aggressively grumpy one day and screamed at the cashier. I'm so sorry about my rude son. He really does enjoy his visits.

I would not want this to happen to another family pet,please do not use the grooming services at this facility on October 29th 2022 my sister's cocker spaniel was groomed at 11am at 145 pm Miley who after speaking with local district managers called her by the wrong name came out to my sister foaming for the mouth in a blanket not breathing !! She died and until this day November 29 2022 our family has no answers so please don't take your pets to this establishment if u want to keep them safe and alive!

DO Not Buy Saltwater fish, As the setup at this store extremely old and inefficient. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars of fish. Not to mention they don’t deal with one Vendor! Make the Trip to Something fishy in Northampton Pa. They have a stellar setup and run a little copper to keep parasites at bay! I am done wasting money at this store or any petco for that matter. I’ve also waited at the register while employees looked at me even the bearded manager.And did not attempt to ring me up, they went on. I left the things on the counter and walked out! I’ve given enough chances to this store I’ve spend tons of money at. Here is a pic of two Anthias that are not cheap they wiped out 350.00 worth in my smaller tank!

Don't ever buy fish from here. I bought 2 fish. Took them home and quarantined them. Glad we did they had velvet. Both died in days. Store wouldn't acknowledge the issue even with photos of the fish the same day.

I've always taken my pup to Petco. The groomer ALWAYS does a fantastic job. Due to the covid shut down I did as much as I could on my Husky but his undercoat started matting something terrible and he wont let me brush his belly or armpits. I did the mistake for bringing him elsewhere a few weeks ago as soon as the groomers started opening up because i felt so bad for him. Olivia is THE BEST GROOMER around, I've tried so many places. And was never happy. , She dremels my dog's nails THE BEST. , she's very thorough with bathing and Grooming. , my one dog has anal gland issues and she does an excellent job. , you don't have to worry About Anything with her your dogs Are very well taken care of and safe. I highly recommend Olivia. For grooming and nails.
