This place is terrible. They sell sick animals and don't give a damn. I work at a local vet hospital. The last 3 puppies we've had come in for new exams, have all been sick with Kennel Kough. All 3 puppies were recently purchased from Pet Wonderland. If you want a healty puppy, DON'T BUY IT FROM HERE.

Customer service was awful, brunette hair lady was very rude, all me and my friend wanted to look at the animals because we were interested and the lady was super rude with her responses, never going back again , she ruined our pet store experience! She should be fired. She is super grumpy for no reason, me and my friend were super exited to look at cats/dogs and hopefully adopt one that day, but that lady was super ignorant! She had a bun and red blush. She should be nicer to customers, is she doesn’t wanna loose business

The owner is wonderful she remembers people. She cut my moms dogs nails and when I got a pup did his too. She had a perfect pup for me when mine died and sent pictures, unfortunately timing was wrong but she’s is not trying to make a sale but to give these perfect babies a good home

You sold a kitten that was only 4 weeks old and lied and said she was 8 weeks old. Because of your negligence the poor kitten had to be put down because she could not regulate her body temperature on her own and her blood sugar tanked. She was rushed to the emergency vet but there was nothing that could be done. You should be shut down. Absolutely disgusting, I don’t know how you can live with yourselves.Response: then explain to me how a trusted vet said there is absolutely no way she is over 4 weeks old. I will take their word over a pet shop with a 2 star review.Second response: sorry I couldn’t make it to see your disgusting store, I was on the phone with the ASPCA. You were also supposed to call my sister in law back about getting another kitten and you never did. It’s incredibly disgusting that you are treating these kittens as simply products and not living beings.

We bought our cat from there in October of 2009 when she was just 4 months old - She was the only kitten in the litter of many that came up to put her paws up to the window inside the cage as we stood from outside this Pet shop and looked in - We adopter 'Princess' the next day - Over the years this cat was more than a 'Pet',she was a Daughter to us and was beyond loved by me and my wife and was the perfect addition for us.We will forever thank you for being the place where we found our beloved 'Princess' who passed away late May of 2023 as she was 1 day from her 14th birthday...Thank you so much for having her, We miss her so bad and cry everyday without her but glad we stopped and looked in that outside window that morning that made our lives incredibly happy for near 14 years of joy...Keep on doing what you do :)

Have you ever thought about opening a store in massachusetts? Specifically New Bedford or Fall River. I would love to work for the company if you did open a store in either of these locations that I mentioned. I have so many ideas that I feel would help the store.

Me and my friend just recently adopted 2 kittens from here. 1 is black with a small white strip on her chest, that is a girl and another (which is mine) that is black and white in general, that is a boy. And let me tell you the MOST SWEETEST LITTLE FUR BABIES EVER!! they are super calm together to the point where the sleep next to eachother. Grant it they don't like super energetic dogs but they are like super duper tolerant with children. Snuggles and kisses with everyone all day and they did really good at the pet when we got them present. We love them and adore them so much!!

Our first time experience was fantastic ! The owner was so sincere and concerned about our needs. She sent us photos of what she had ,but nothing was what we want. After 2 Days I got a photo of a kitten she just got in. Exactly what we were looking for. We went done and well what we have now filled out loss. Highly recommend this place for any of your pet needs. Even got a follow up the next day on how we are doing with her and asked to stay in touch! Thank you Pet Wonderland!!

Not a great 1st impression unfortunately, the smell as soon as I walked through the door was horrible. Coughing mini french in cage on floor by cats..dirty cages..I asked to see a pug mix,she was cute but underweight & smelled horrible. I'm sorry but this is not acceptable in my eyes..& the prices, very over priced, ... jmo..

This place is dirty. It stinks. The one staff followed us around the store and creeper me out. My friend fell in the side kitten room and no one even asked if she was ok....

I couldn't have asked for better service than what I received from this pet store. I had lost both of my doggies in three months time and was devastated. I've had Pomeranians for years and I couldn't find any in the local shelters or the SPCA.Then I remembered this store from a previous visit many years ago, and I struck gold! They helped me aquire the funding, explained the immunizations still needed, how to create train a puppy, the warranty that they cover and so much more. Then within an hour the little Pomsky that I named Koko was mine. But they didn't let me leave until they gave me a puppy blanket, puppy food and bandanas. I haven't stopped smiling since I got my baby girl, thank you Sandy, Gunner and the staff at this store.

Bought many of pets from Sandy she's a wonderful lady and I've been happy with all my pets! We bought a puppy for my mom the other day Sandy was very accommodating and helpful. We are delighted with the new puppy she's an absolute doll best puppy we have ever bought so far!

Sandy is very professional and is very helpful knows everything about every dog breed she has for sale we couldn't be happier with our new puppy. And the service put it this way you get what you pay for.
