Very satisfied with service this place.
Organized and polite people.
I got there no appointment and they were very mindful with me. Nice and faster service in my Toyota Camry.
I will be back for sure. Definitely liked it!

I had a pretty good experience overall. Frederick was excellent. He explained things well, pulled up the info I requested, helped me find a similar vehicle to what I was interested in because the option in colors was 2 dozen white, and about 3 other trucks that had an actual color. Some colors weren't even available unless you paid double to get the top of the line model. Frederick was very kind and courteous and was cool to pass time with while we waited. I would definitely like to talk to him again as my salesman. The things I didn't like: We waited for a few hours over two visits today. I don't really know what was going on or if there was just one financial guy there or what, but we paid cash and turned down the add-on services so all we had to do was sign papers for 5 minutes and be on our way.
Most of the services/add-ons never get used a single time or will simply never come close to being worth the amount they charge if you do minor repairs and oil changes through a local mechanic as needed. And I don't think anybody is out here blowing 8 rims and tires a year. That's why they can drop 1000 dollars off of just one service to try to get you to take it. It's because they're still gonna make a ton of money. I know quite a bit about where dealers make the huge chunks of money on sales and when you pay cash, that limits where they have an opportunity because they want you to finance so they can get you approved for just say 7% for example and then give you a 10% rate and tell you it's a great deal. When that's not on the table, all that's really left is to offer you thousands of dollars in add-ons. Which is fine. I turned them down after I listened to what they are for. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the finance guy trying to make me believe that the computer can't be fixed if it dies. Something you won't hear when they try to sell you the car, but you'll hear when they want to sell you insurance. But yeah, as a friend of mine replaced his 3 weeks ago just because he wanted to upgrade it and not that his was broken, I knew better and let him know that. It wasn't bad if you know a little bit about dealerships before you go to one.
And if you're gonna finance I recommend getting pre-approved for a loan before you go. You can either negotiate with that or just turn down the jacked up rate you'll be offered because you don't have a middle man that's also trying to make money. Nothing out of the ordinary. I wasn't harassed into getting insurance/add-ons after I turned it down. Just one drop of 1000 dollars on a single service that I turned down again. And that goes to show how much they make on these things if they can give you a 33% discount and still know they're guaranteed to make money if you take it. Also be careful of the destination fee. Make sure you're not getting charged for that in the msrp and also in the out the door price. They also get paid by the manufacturer for that so that alone has potential of making quite a bit. Be willing to walk away if you see anything shady. There are many other dealerships. They all have the same goal. Some more than others. Just do your homework first. I got a fair price and they also got a fair amount of profit so it was a win-win and Frederick was excellent

Juan Rajo made my first Toyota experience so easy and enjoyable. He was welcoming and helpful with no pressure. I went in just to test drive an 4Runner and left with my dream car!

Called ahead to ask if the car was available on the lot and was told by George it was here but when I drove over an hour to look it was not. Don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Needed wifi in an emergency, so I tried to see if theirs worked. Was asked to leave by security, being told the area is under surveillance and that if I did not leave immediately the police would be notified. When I tell you I was already biking away from the property when they made that announcement..... And then to be hassled by the cops 10 minutes later while biking down the road saying I matched a description of someone loitering in a car lot. ..... What a vibrant, positive member of the local community they clearly are clearly. ?
And having lived in the area I have certainly heard my fair share of horror stories from friends and family using this place. The only person I know that goes there knows literally nothing about cars. I've heard people tell me the prices they paid for a repair and the numbers have literally passed 3x what is a fair market price. I'm sure they are busy being a dealership and all, but not turning people away to deal with all the work that's making you so busy at that point is predatory.
I've heard of people having to go back 3+ times to get a job actually finished because parts kept getting forgotten.
I have had a roommate that got in an accident and I IN PERSON ON SPEAKER heard their representative giving her, a girl with a literal broken neck, a hard time and trying to rush her to agree to a replacement car (insurance) of a much lower value with no compensation, and actively lie to her about the safety features the car had, causing her to have to sell it within 3 months.
Toyota hasn't even made a good car in like what? 5? 10 years? The rav four coasting off the Highlanders name and the Prius hasn't done anything interesting in another decade. Go buy a Kia or a at least a vw youll get what they tell you it is.
Idk. Would put 0 stars. Wouldn't have put anything if the security team didn't blow a wad at the idea of getting someone arrested instead of doing their job. I will actively stop anyone from ever going to at least this Toyota from this point on.

Worst experience. MotorWorld Toyota had a car that I wanted to purchase. I called, communicated that I was coming there to specifically buy that car and they said they would hold it for me, as I had to drive 4 hours to their dealership. 45 minutes before I arrived, they told me they sold the car but have another of same exact car. Fine. I get there, and they want to charge me $10k more than the car I was coming to purchase. When speaking to the manager Jay Thomas - he was unapologetic on their error + lack of communication and was completely rude. During the conversation, he asked me "What do you do for a living" - as if that had ANY relevance to the conversation or their ill business practices. And then yelled across the showroom that I was ridiculous because I wouldn't pay an extra $10k. An hour after I left, he called to tell me he could "make a deal", as if I would do business with a bozo like this. Clown behavior.

I just bought my first ever brand new vehicle, and Rob Slovik made it a great experience. (Much less scarey than I thought it would be!) So, kudos to him and the Motorworld Toyota team.
