The last time I purchased a new car was 35 years ago. The sales agent Lisa Klimaitis was an angel along with the other MotorWorld staff. I would definitely send someone to these people to purchase their next vehicle.

David our Salesman, and Laura from Finance were awesome, friendly and gave great customer service. I love my new Outlander SE Black Edition. I highly recommend asking for David, super personable, efficient and quick on the responses.
Highly recommend MotorWorld.
Fun fact, 20 years ago my father and I walked into Motorworld Mitsubishi and purchased a 2003 Lancer Evolution VIII. It was a great experience then and a great one now.

The service advisors were great! However telling customers they have to wait 2 months for warranty repairs when the car is not drivable is unacceptable. I bought a car needing a car to drive expecting a dealership to be able to look at my car if issues arise. IDK what the problem is its not a Mitsubishi problem as I was able to get right in at another Mitsubishi dealership.

staff knows nothing told me my vehicle had stuff it didn't, paid extra for protective coating that was never applied, tires balled after 15,000 miles because they put on poor rated soft tires. stay away from this place.

Had my Genesis G70 serviced early January. Overall quite happy with the service. Apparently there was a problem with the oil filter container which necessitated a longer visit. Problem was explained which was appreciated. Car was returned washed.

Staff and service was great. I wasn't prepared to leave my vehicle all day, and the staff was courteous and able to give me a ride to and from work so my day wasn't wasted.

All my needs, and expectations were met. This was a much better experience than some of my past experiences at other dealerships. There was also a huge selection of vehicles to choose from. Josh was helpful during, and after the sale. This dealership actually follows up several times which was a nice change. I definitely would recommend Josh, and Motorworld!
