Jonathan made our car buying experience absolutely delightful. We were in the market for an electric vehicle and the RZ 300e met every expectation we desired for our car. Johnathan went above and beyond for us and was thoroughly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the car, while helping us better understand how it might fit our car needs. He was patient and kind with us the whole time and had an answer to our many questions. We are beyond thrilled with our purchase and are enjoying the luxurious ride we get from our Lexus EV. If you’re interested in any Lexus car at Motor World, definitely ask for Jonathan as he is the most professional, kind and knowledgeable person. And you’re in the market or at all interested in EV’s definitely don’t snooze on the RZ 300e. It is a luxurious ride that maintains a balance between what we are familiar with and enjoy in gas vehicle but with the benefits of a true electric vehicle that also helps the planet!!

I ordered lower ball joints for my Lexus Rx 450h, parts got there in about 1 days, so I picked them up and when I opened boxes I found that part for right site was painted in black color and left side was silver. Looks so wrong to me, and the worst thing about it was when I decided to not to buy it (it was pre-payed “special order”) they told me that they must charge me for restocking fee %25 .
So I decided to not to return it and bought it.
Feel so unhappy customer. I feel like I bought remanufactured parts, even thought they told me that ball joints can’t be remanufactured.

Larry is one of the worst car salesmen i have dealt with. Called him back after they tried buying a used car from me. Asked them what they would offer and he said he would get back to me. No returned phone call and spammed with emails to buy a new car. Plenty of other reputable dealerships to buy from.

Do not provide your phone number to these people they will spam you non stop. I inquired about a vehicle which magically was “just sold, but we have others in stock”. They now call non stop even after being told to stop multiple times. If you’re looking for a Lexus do yourself a favor and go to Lehigh valley, they don’t harass you. Bought a car there very happy with the process.

I had an amazing experience here with Dave Standarowski. He was happy and upbeat with jokes and smiles since the moment we started talking. I came in to service my car and Dave did more than take care of me. I really appreciated the service and the kidness of speaking to a real human being. If your coming here, I would definitely recommend working with Dave.

For the most part it was a positive experience. We enjoyed the fact that the transaction happened in one trip so we weren't driving over an hour back and forth. However, I realized 2 months after we purchased the vehicle that it was never added to our car insurance. While at the dealership they asked for our insurance info and said they were calling Allstate. When I called and asked about this, I was given a sales manager and he was a little short with me and said that it was my responsibility to add the car to my insurance. I bought 3 cars in 2022 and NEVER had to add the new vehicle to my insurance, it was always taken care of by the dealership. The sales manager said we signed something stating we would add it to our policy. This was never explained to us. We'll likely just go back to Lehigh Valley Motors as they're full service and don't cut corners. Lehigh Valley also offered all weather rubber mats and other extras that MotorWorld charges for. It's all about service after the sale and MW came up short this time.

Aldo is the BEST! He took the time to break down Lexus of the Lehigh Valley's deal and exposed their absurd dealer delivery fee.
I wanted to buy a Passport from him but their Honda store was inflating sticker prices and cashing in on the "market price" trend. Now all of those people that paid market price are irate and auto makers have a lot of damage control to do...

I have purchased twice from this dealership, most recent just this past Monday. Each time the service was excellent. I live over an hour from the dealer, but it’s so easy using their valet for servicing to pick up and return the vehicle. It’s like they are next door if I need anything. Very professional and fast. New addition is an RZ 450E, my first EV and the whole family loves it!

Excellent experience at this dealership. Everyone we encountered was amazing and went out of their way to satisfy us. The vehicle I wanted had to be located and they really went out of their way to find the exact one for me. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Extremely deceptive practices from the finance team. You are better off looking at Lexus of Lehigh Valley; better deals and without the lies and gimmicks that this place plays.

2024 UPDATE: I was in the market for a new vehicle and thought I would give them a try again. This time the sales guy was ok but they were unwilling to haggle. Offered $500 off and a 3.9 in rate. I looked around online and found Lexus of Lehigh valley. A little further away BUT they offer a no haggle price of 2-4K off sticker plus gave me a fantastic trade in value over Kelly blue book. We ended up going there. I got 7k off a brand new 2024 and 3.49 in rate. Much better deal.
2016: i was interested in purchasing the new Lexus and was treated very poorly by the staff on my second visit in. The gentleman I dealt with on my first visit had left early for the day and I stood around waiting for a sales person. A sales guy came up to me and said "You are just going to have to wait" in a really arrogant attitude. We decided to just leave and go to the Wyoming Valley BMW dealer - which I am super glad I did! The BMW dealer had very friendly low pressured staff and a great vehicle. I am so far very pleased with my purchasing experience at Wyoming Valley BMW.

I am beyond please with my experience at Motorworld Lexus. During my complimentary 70k warranty maintenance, a part from the back of my car fell off and was destroyed while the car was going through their carwash. The rep called me and told me that this has never happened before in their existence and it seems that the part was not inserted correctly. The part was destroyed so therefore they couldn't put it back as-is. They let me kept the loaner for couple extra days while they were repairing it free of charge since it happened while the car was in their care. This 100% the best type of customer service and care maintenance that I have seen in awhile. They took their time to go over all the details with me of the repair and even provided photos (see attached). I know it wasn't their fault; however, showing that they care about your vehicle and understanding the customer concerns are a tremendous way of approaching the situation. The maintenance service was done and the new part was shipped and placed correctly. I am 100% satisfied with their service and will only bring my new Lexus to them moving forward.

Had an appointment to possibly purchase specific certified lexus and do a trade in of my lexus. Came on time. No one around to greet you. Found salesman 10 minutes later. He went to get a car. When we went to the look at the car, it was not the car I wanted, it was different year and much higher milage. Apparently, they sold the car I wanted same morning. No apology from salesman or even a courtesy call ahead that car no longer available, and he didn't even mention that car is sold, he just brought me different car. I wasted time driving to dealership and back. Not the experience I expected from Lexus. I do service maintenance there all the time and it's always great. Maybe time to go to another Lexus dealer.
