I had purchased 2 vehicles from this place and the last one was a bad business deal. Last week one of the sales ladies called me assuring me I qualify for a new upgrade. I told her all I wanted was to lower my payments even if it meant I would get something cheaper. She assured me they will be able to that and that her manager was working the numbers for me. I had to drive for over an hour and 20 minutes just to be lie to. There were no such of deal. There was no promotion, they bluntly lie about helping me instead now my payments were adding up to over $900.00 and wanted me to put down $6,000. I will NEVER go to this place again. The people running this place are not the same people from few years ago. No ethics and zero considerations and respect for their customers. If a lady by the name Lisa from motorworld calls you, don't believe a word she says, she's just gonna make you waste your precious time. Not worth the hassle.

Jim Haynes was such a pleasure to work with for buying my first new car! The whole process was very comfortable with Jim. Do not go to service your Honda here. Especially if you’re black or Hispanic. Melissa the service advisor there , is a liar and will scam you out of money. They charged me for 2 diagnostics told me this would be taken out of service charges then charged me full price for the transmission service. Not only that the noise I went in there for they said was the control arms well I replaced my control arms noise still there so not only did they lie to me and rip me off the diagnostic of the suspension was wrong. This place is horrible I can’t believe this is how they treat Honda owners if you didn’t buy your car from here don’t ever go here Matt’s burns Honda never had an issue servicing there this place is the worst experience I ever had at any shop in my entire life. I’ve already reported them to corporate Honda and I warning everyone especially minorities do not go here.

I called asking to lease a Honda Odyssey Ex-L. I showed them an ad from a different dealership and they said they could honor that same price and they quoted me the out-the-door price they will give me. They first mentioned that the ad did not include fees and taxes. Thus, I asked them to give me their final price that includes all fees and taxes. The salesperson checked with his manager and gave me the final out-the-door price that included all fees and taxes.
I asked multiple times to make sure that they would honor their final price quoted (which now included all fees and taxes) and not change the price when I arrived. The salesperson checked with his manager and confirmed multiple times that they will honor their price, and promised that it won't change when I arrive. It takes me 45 min to get there, I had to hire a babysitter, and take time off work, so I wanted to be sure over the phone that they will commit to the price.
When I arrived, they said they made a "mistake" and that they cannot give me the price they quoted. They instead tried to convince me to lease a Honda Odyssey Sport at a much higher price ($4000 extra on a 3 yr lease) than the final numbers quoted over the phone, so I left.

After the fact that Tyler noticed our presence right away. He offered his assistance in a very settle way, which is very important to me. He paid a great deal of attention to my wants, needs, and financial comfort.
He presented to me different options and explained to me. each one of them clearly. He ran back and forth the 3 visits that took me to finally make the deal.
Besides his knowledge, patience and professionalism, Tyler is polite, funny, and kind. Tyler made the process easy and comfortable.
I also would like to extend my gratitude to Ariana. Another person who was clear, kind and super patient with my friend.

I drove in with my Honda civic my skid plate on the car was hanging off i had to find a way to put it on myself took an hour with no tools and nothing to tie it up with until we could get to a garage that was willing to help unlike honda service department

I cannot say enough good things about Tyler Pencek. I was nervous about going car shopping this month because I had not bought a vehicle since 2010 and my experience then (at another dealership) was unpleasant due to overly pushy sales staff. However, my partner and I were so impressed by Tyler's low-pressure sales tactics. He did a great job explaining the CR-V hybrid's features to us and answering all of our questions. He took his time with us, even though we came in near closing on a week night for the test drive due to our work schedules. He had a fun personality and was enjoyable to work with. Ultimately, I decided to purchase a CR-V, even though I initially had some reservations about buying another Honda because my 2010 Civic started having clearcoat/paint issues early on in my ownership. While Honda's established reliability was a big part of my decision, I believe that Tyler was also able to help change my mind.
Due to a clerical error (I think), it was discovered the next day that the vehicle I initially purchased had previously been sold. Manager Daniel Lanton and his staff quickly jumped into action to obtain the car in the color that I wanted from another dealership within 24 hours of the original delivery date. When we arrived to pick up the car, staff were apologetic, I was offered a complimentary service contract extension, and all of the forms were ready for me to sign to minimize the time spent redoing paperwork. I feel that the situation was resolved in a highly professional manner and that they made it right. I am glad that everything worked out because I love my new CR-V. We don't have any family in the Wilkes-Barre area, but I would not hesitate to recommend MotorWorld Honda to friends or coworkers. Thank you.
