The vehicle I was looking at was sold at the used lot (and no one knew), so Mike and Ray tried to sell me another vehicle. When I couldn't make it happen, Ray tried to sell me a Jeep! I was trading a Mercedes for a Cadillac, and he wanted to sell me a Jeep! My biggest need was more than 5 seats, so when he offered other vehicles that were 5 seaters, I felt like he didn't listen to me at all. It was a complete waste of my time. I'm a female, so I got the impression they felt the little lady didn't know what she was talking about. Then Mike calls me the next day just to tank me for coming in. There's another 2 minutes of my life I'll never get back. The worst part is the vehicle they tried to sell me was on the lot already 21 days and when I asked, Mike looked bewildered and shrugged.

I don't own this car, I have told them to stop emailing me and they still continue to.
It's harassment.

Very disappointed. They probably made one of the easiest sales ever and then disappeared. Phone calls go unanswered, emails go unanswered, ordered floor mats (that were included at another dealer) and never received them or a follow up that they were delayed. Very disappointed.

Waiting 3 weeks for Mike Voitik to call me ...guess he is not interested in my business. I thought I made myself perfectly clear I was interested in ordering an XT5. My money is good elsewhere. Sad, very sad

I bought my 2022 Cadillac XT4 premium luxury and Cesar De Leon was my sales representative. Very professional, friendly and very helpful with every question I have. He explained to me every option and every detail in this car . How does one go about getting service on their vehicle at this dealer? They currently have 1 mechanic and nobody returns phone calls. I have a vehicle that has been sitting there since 10/11, needs the transmission pulled for further diagnosis, and nothing has happened. I would appreciate any response from someone at Motorworld that actually cares about their service department.

High volume low overhead operation. Service staff was friendly and respectful, work was completed on time, great shuttle service with a waiting room that reminided us of a 1960s Greyhound Bus Terminal. Hard tile floor, Metal chairs all bunched together vs 6' apart. Clearly not what a Cadillac Owner is deserving of or used to. Try the Scranton dealership.

My review is for vehicle service. If your like me and needed to find the service bays, enter through the gates and bear left, go straight all the way back, turn right, and the signs for all makes service bays are overhead! Also, pull up to the doors, they auto open, drive in, then turn off the car and go talk to your vehicle manufacturer customer service rep waiting for you. If your a dumby like me, you'll probably park and go to the service door and ask what to do lol. That's it!

They had my car for 2 weeks and did not do what needed to be done. They work with your insurance company to actively deny your claim. They didn't even know where my car was when I went to pick it up. Do not take your car here no matter what your insurance company says.
