Husband needed something last minute so went to look around. He got measured as soon as he walked in. The associate (who was a bit stand off-ish and tried way too hard to seem “posher” than he really is) suggested one suit jacket and one pair of pants. Then the guy said, ok fits great let’s go take care of the bill. Like what? How much is it? What brand is this? What’s the background on it? What’s so great about it? Nothing else no other information. So price was sort of on a high end for what we needed it for so asked to see something else just to see some more options that were a little lower in cost. Associate immediately said no?? Like actually told me no. And said that there was absolutely nothing else in the store at that time that would fit my husband who is of average height and normal build. Okay, since that’s the attitude we got MW lost a sale. Went to Macy’s in the mall and got pretty much the same thing, but it was a different brand and cost more!! The difference was the experience. At Macys workers were actually working and they were polite and welcoming. They knew about their products and talked about it. Talked us into the rewards program and everything. Got extras we thought we didn’t need. At MW the other two associates literally had their feet up in the center seating area and were on their cell phones the entire time we were in there. For 20 minutes. No exaggeration. The woman and our little helper were talking and she made a comment to the sorts of “if that happens check me in to first hospital” as a joke. I don’t know what the basis of the conversation was but what I can say is that mental health is no joking matter and perhaps she should be more aware of things like that. Maybe I’m old school but if you have time to lean you have time to clean. MW I know it’s hard to find help these days but you are paying your people to do nothing! I’d be so embarrassed as an owner. What a waste!

Overpriced, anxious salespeople willing to tell you anything looks good on you. Pay $450 - 500 for a suit and get a shirt and tie free. Most suits are poly-garbage. Problem is there's no competition on this part of the world. Wait for Joseph A Banks sales online. Better quality and much better pricing.

My size sport jacket was not in stock. They seem to cater to slimer sizes. I went to Casual Male XL. They had plenty of sport Jackets in my size, and Casual Males prices were $100 less ! Gave me money to buy some dress pants too. Stay away from Men's Wearhouse.

Customer service was excellent. The only downside is that the guy who was measuring me got a bunch of my measurements wrong. I'm a 30!waste and the guy measured me as a 34 waste

Went to the men's warehouse in Wilkes-Barre today so my fiancee could try on different styles. They gave him 2 jackets and a vest to try on nothing else. Didn't have the variety they said they had on line. No pants or even a shirt to go on under the jacket. Stylist asked me what groomsmen where wearing. (Burgandy shirt with black tie and black pants with suspenders) she made a disapproving look and told me they don't have burgandy shirts to rent but I can get a black one with a tie but "it's not worth it" without the jacket. Then asked me if I wanted to set everything up. Set what up? I got no answers for styles and she literally told me my groomsmen outfits weren't worth getting there. Very disappointed.

I went to this location in Wilkesbarre. They almost lost a sale today. I walked in with my 3 boys and the first associate greeted me and said I don’t think anything will fit him. I am a big guy standing 6’5” at 237 lbs. Well the associate took me to one jacket and I tried it on and sleeves were to short. At that point, another associate by the name of Colleen recognized that I was about to leave and immediately offered assistance. I was by no means dressing the part of a man looking for a nice suit. But being from a sales background I knew she saw a sale. She took her time and guided me to the perfect suit, shirt and tie. Measured me to make sure everything was right and I made the purchase. Colleen was just like the associates I dealt with in Fair Oaks Mall, Va. she was professional and courteous, and was what made the difference between me walking out or making a purchase.

Outstanding experience at this store. Colleen the manager was warm, friendly and professional. I did not feel pressured or rushed in any way and she really went above and beyond in not only helping me find the right pair of shoes, but even pressed a couple of items I bought from a completely different store as I was running out of time to find a dry cleaner. Wonderful customer vision! Thanks Collen, you're a diamond!

Imagine your big day being just a few days away only to find out that the Groom’s shirt doesn't fit and they don't carry his size at all. I think the place should take more care into thinking about how much a wedding could mean to someone. Thank you for letting us down and giving us one more thing to stress about.

We rented for a wedding. The groom and the groomsmen’s coats were all too short but the gentleman who assisted us at pick up said that they were OK and we could “get away without altering them”. When we returned the suits, there was no greeting just the salesman yelling out to us, “Returning? Just hang them on the rack.” We we’re not asked if we needed assistance or if everything went well with the suits. There was only 1 other customer in the store. Very unprofessional customer service.

Terrible experience. I need an all black suit by oct 8th. They could not accommodate in that time and offered me no option or even checking another store. Your company lost out on a 500 plus dollar sale. Went to a competitor and they had everything on the spot. I expected better from a company that specializes in this type of clothing

We had the worst experience for our wedding. They said they would have everything an they didn’t. One of our grooms men had a suit fitted at another location an this one said they would have everything they didn’t the shirt was to small. My son was in between kid sizes so instead of giving him the bigger kid size they boosted him up to an adult suit an charged us $220 while my other sons suit who’s the same age was $70. Fitting an try ons people working there had the MOST TERRIBLE ATTITUDES!!! The one man doing sizes even got an attitude with me over something so tiny when I was talking to my son about what to do. I do not recommend going here for your wedding what do ever.

Terrible customer service. Thought I left something in the pocket of a suit I had to return after a wedding. I called and asked if they could check the pocket and they informed me I would have to come up and look through the suits myself, for they removed all the receipts with the customer information on them. When I went to the store, the employees just pointed me to the racks and made me look. I had to go through several racks until I found the suit I wore. None of the employees offered to help or provide any assistance. Oh, and how I was able to find my suit? The receipt with my name on it was on the outside of the suit bag. Better service at Kranson's down the street.
