Byers beware selling parts vehicle doesn't need. Went to another shop, and they said all parts(ball joints) were fine and they performed the alignment at a lower price.

This shop has held my father’s motorhome hostage since 2020. My father brought it in for an inspection, however, the shop never completed the work citing unfavorable weather conditions. The motorhome sat, awaiting an inspection, for over 4 years. The condition of the RV deteriorated significantly and the mechanics left the engine cover open, allowing animals to enter and create a huge mess. The shop manager and GM offered no solutions to get the RV repaired, and instead blamed the customer for an unrelated issue with the “house batteries” which are separate from the engine and chassis. It is now sitting in an impound lot with no way to recover it due to the repairs not being made. If you value your time and sanity, go elsewhere for you truck, RV, and automotive needs.

Absolutely amazing!! I wished I lived closer to. I forget the gentleman’s name that helped me but he was incredible. I had a blowout on the highway. I went to Discount Tire, two Chevy dealership and a Mavis shop. None had my tire size in stock. McCarthy also didn’t have my size. However, the gentleman picked up the phone a found a warehouse that had one in storage. He arranged for someone to drive to that warehouse, which was 20-30 minutes one way, pick up the tire so that I may get back one the road. I’m truly grateful for his support.
