Absolutely horrid experience. Due to their “rebranding” of the company they will not honor prices or match prices of their former franchise as they work frantically to do damage control. Do not disclose any of that information on their website and make no effort to explain any of it until checkout. Series of corporate platitudes and when directed to provide a customer service phone number to file complaints I was told “it’s on the website”. When last I checked there was both no number or pricing provided for their “product” which is exactly the same as their former name ll flooring.

Easy going experience. I placed an order over the phone and picked up in the store and did not have any issues.

Very friendly service. They have a lot of options for all kinds of flooring. Had to order a particular flooring and it came in earlier than expected. The process for getting an installation quote was easy and fairly quick.

Great staff and great pricing! Their willingness to help and work with us on whatever project we are doing will continue to bring us back. If you are planning a new project I would highly recommend starting with LL flooring.
