Customer service is so much better at the Home Depot. My wife and I were looking to buy an electric fireplace. We asked for assistance at the customer service desk and they said someone would be right over. 10 mins went by and no one. We asked again and waited another 10 mins and no one. We left at that point.

In short, I personally don't think Lowe's has a concern for shoppers who have a temporary or permanent handicap. Case in point. We went to Lowe's in Edwardsville to buy a cloths dryer, and there were NO handicap battery shopping carts, which I needed. Employee said all 3 have been broken for quite some time. On or about 1/9/24 we informed the store and preceded to the Wilkes Barre STORE for the purchase. We have a lot of details on the disgraceful service encountered at this store. So in short, shame on you for not providing me with a dryer that I ordered on 1/9/23 and a Corporate Customer Service PROMISED delivery date on 1/30/23. Because of many screw ups in the store regarding an LP gas installation kit, we were involved with many employees for several hours from store employees to Corporate Customer Service, resulting in a total failure in the system. Lowe's lost over $1,400.00 dollars and two customers. There is a great deal of involvement and no dryer...which we cancelled. I intend to share my complaint with your CEO Marvin Ellison regarding the stores system and the lack of concern for folks that cannot walk into your store, as per myself. I will never shop in your store and I intend to share the facts per request.

Extremely unprofessional delivery service. They were supposed to call me 30 minutes prior to reaching my house and wait 15 min as grace period. Driver called me once they reached the address and left before 15 minutes.

Sells a broken dishwasher, that i can't return myself to the store, because we paid cash and have to have it delivered, because lowes didnt have it in stock the day they so eagerly took the money. So now you pidgeon hole me into getting another one again from you. No just wanted a refund Will never purchase another product from lowes again.

I like Lowe's over the Other Hardware/Lumber companies. They seem Cleaner & more Organized with good selection of tools. Most of the employees seem to know their company products and can be a help when shopping. The issue is: they are SHORT ON ASSOCIATES.

Had exactly what I needed as usual. Being an ex contractor I knew that already, however irrelevant that is to my rating. Didn't like the cameras they have throughout the parking lot, the police get notified of tag or inspection records then pull you over after exiting the lot to avoid entrapment laws. Never saw a crime at this location, vehicle infractions are probably the reason they are there. Not a good way to treat your customers, especially if you expect return visits. You know how contractors are, we sometimes too busy buying things there and put inspections aside. Cops made more off me than you this time. Next time home depot will . No cameras there and that's in the city. ? I know other contractors banning you for same.

So I typically NEVER shop at Lowes, however, I had a gift card. I placed an online order to be picked up at the store. About an hour later I receive a text & email that it's ready. I went there the very next day, mind you it was 24 hours later. I checked in to have curbside service. I waited over 20 minutes. I finally got out of my car & flagged down an associate. He was very nice & took me to customer service. My phone said another associate was on his way out. When I get to the desk there was one person working. This person told me they are short staffed & my order wasn't even off the shelf! I had to wait another 20 minutes until he helped other customers. Then told me he can't leave the desk because he's the only one there. Some young girl finally came out to watch the desk (with an attitude mind you) while he got my items. Then there was an issue because my order was in two separate transactions. I ordered a candle which said "in stock" but it wasn't. That was online when I originally placed the order. I had three items. Then he asked me if I wanted a bag? The items were not small & I couldn't carry them without a bag! Sorry for the rant. Bottom line, I will NOT be shopping here ever again!

Horrible incompetent service. I placed order on line, paid for the delivery, they delivered incorrect product. Waisted a day to have them come back to pick it up. Now its a forth day waiting for possible deliver of the stuff i actually ordered. Hours wasted on the phone, put on hold , disconnected, noone calls you back. Just a nightmare. Never buy stuff from them !

Never experienced customer service as bad as I have at this location. Specifically, the manager Zach !!! For a company that supposedly supports veterans, they did a terrible job helping me out, not once on two separate occasions. I will reach out to corporate and hopefully they get back to me in a timely manner before I have to get my attorney involved.

Cashier Daniel at the self checkout on Thursday September 7 needs more training! Before I could hit print & email receipt on the screen he hit print only. I'm going to be charged back by the company for the purchase. When that happens, I'll be sure to take him to small claims, that might just teach him a lesson.

No one that I spoke with in this store is knowledgeable about anything. From a customer service standpoint, "I don't know" should never be an answer to a question. Asking for help was a joke, the answers I got was, I don't know, I don't think or to the best of my knowledge. I was so frustrated with the lack of assistance, I asked for a manager just knowing that they would be knowledgeable...NO...ABSOLUTELY NOT. I believe his name was Steve or Sam, I explained to him that no one was knowledgeable that I spoke to, did he offer an apology? Compassion? Understanding? NO! He also demonstrated 0% knowledge on products in HIS store, he also gave me "to the best of my knowledge" and proceeded to ask the same person i told him had no knowledge...what? My husband and i talked to a total of 5 people including a manager, left frustrated, drove to Home Depot & was in & out in 5 mins...everyone knew what they were doing and were knowledgeable abour their products I will never go back to this store...Home Depot it is

Stopped by lowes in wilkesboro today about 11 am,guy in tools was very helpful but since you can't buy a tool without them walking it to a cashier I had to buy a couple other things so I told him I would come back and get the tool apon my leaving. I went back to the tool section to buy this tool bit couldn't find anyone in the dept. After circling the dept several times I saw a lady helping someone else,when she started to walk this person purchase to the cashier I ask if when she finished with him if she could heip me with a purchase. I stood around the area for about 20 minutes and she never returned. I later saw her about 3 isles down with someone else. This is the sorriest place for customer service I have been in in a long time. No people stay in these dept to help customers. You shouldn't have to spend 30 min trying to buy a tool, this is ridiculous.

Friendly staff, most staff members are very knowledgeable and helpful. This place is good for all your home improvement needs and then some. Bought this fuel line here for a name brand tool and it worked out great. Couldn't be happier as my chainsaw is back up and cutting logs like the day I bought it.
