Was just there 5 o’clock march 21st 2024 women was rude and lazy and told me I needed to change my name on my insurance from Frank to Franklin. Just didn’t want to do her job wouldn’t add a owner either pathetic service she needs to be fired

Angela was a gem. She was always professional in the execution of the tasks. She ensured that we understood what needed to be done and that we have the necessary documentation. Where they were delays she communicated and followed up to make our process less overwhelming.

They didn't want to do any work. Made me wait 2 months to get my car registered. Never registered it. Charged me 10 dollars for a fax that wasn't necessary. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I got incorrect information from the old bag that I spoke to. She told me that my son needed to be a named insured on the insurance card and that is not correct. His name is listed as an additional driver and that is fine. She also told me that I needed to be present if I was going to remain on the title of the car. That is also not correct. I filled out power of attorney papers and my son will be able to have my name remain on the title. Call John Yurconic Agency in Lehighton. They were friendly and they got the job done on the 1st attempt.
