I was in the Kohls Store today with my 91 year old Mother. She had cut her Kohls Charge card in half and then the dog got a hold of it and put bite marks in it. I had the card with us. She put her SS number in pad and then gave the cashier her license, it was expired because she doesn't drive anymore, she's 91. I was told they couldn't do anything about it since it was expired, which was fine. I asked if they could input her Kohls account number into the register and they told me no. ( I found out after I left from a manager at a different Kohls Store that I am friends with, that it is possible to input it on the register by clicking Kohls Barcode). They said no and that there was nothing they could do for me. They put my items on hold which I later went back to buy at 400.00. I now find out that if you use your Kohls App, you can use Kohls Pay and you dont even need your card with you. Not one person told me that. Not the cashier or manager that she called over. I will be returning the merchandise and going to Boscovs where they actually go out of their way to help you.

Good selection of men's casual clothing. Warning: If you are a person who chooses not to, or just cannot payoff your kohl,s card balance in 1 month, you will be charged a 31% interest rate on your balance! That's when your good deal gets run over by a bus.

Amazing experience. Fast and easy returns and then bought a new vacuum with the kohl’s cash I was reimbursed from my return!!!!
