Horrible!!!! You would think that as a business owner, that this man (Mike) would have more respect for other business owners. Apparently not. At first I thought he was a good guy but it turns out that he is greedy and disrespectful.

Placed an order on the 17th for the 23rd only to be told ON THE DELIVERY DATE that they're unable to deliver to that location, which is less than 30min from the shop. If they weren't able to deliver, they should have cancelled the order next business day - why wait a week? These were bereavement flowers and timing is very important. I'm so disappointed and embarrassed.

Great selection.... but their merchant account is broken....bummerGreat website...But after the 7th time of trying to enter my payment info....Credit card ccv never would take...Should I send condolences for a lost sale? Trying to help out a locally owned business...grrrr1-800 flowers it is...:^(I guess this is goodbye. Ha!(But seriously...pathetic!)

Charges your card for items that they don’t have and should be taken down from their website and when they say they are going to cancel the order they don’t and your card is charged. Then takes weeks to refund the money. Avoid using their services!

Ordered flowers for funeral the next day and the basket sent was absolutely gorgeous and had a lot of variety which always impresses me! Great florist! They won’t let you down!

Owners are very polite and patient, especially with someone who knows nothing about floral arrangements or flowers in general. Always willing to lend a recommendation. Always have a very good selection of floral arrangements to be placed at a cemetery. Top notch Family owned and operated Local Business.
