“My wife and I have been dealing with some very traumatic and stressful life situations for the last 9 months to a year. Needless to say, 9 months ago, we were having some severe plumbing issues and we had my wife's bedridden mother(she passed peacefully 3 months ago)and my 87 year old, non mobile(wheelchair) father. We had to replace everything plumbing related in the yard. I was getting no where with the 1st 4 agents that attempted to resolve the issue, no luck. In steps Mr. Charles Hoeg.
