“My wife and I have been dealing with some very traumatic and stressful life situations for the last 9 months to a year. Needless to say, 9 months ago, we were having some severe plumbing issues and we had my wife's bedridden mother(she passed peacefully 3 months ago)and my 87 year old, non mobile(wheelchair) father. We had to replace everything plumbing related in the yard. I was getting no where with the 1st 4 agents that attempted to resolve the issue, no luck. In steps Mr. Charles Hoeg. His personality, professional demeanor and resolution expertise, in regards to knowing what questions to ask, clear and concise explanation of the process, alternatives, and prompt replies along with excellent follow up processes, made an, at first, very frustrating experience into a blessing.
