100% recommend renting from Hertz! We’ve rented from the Wilkes-Barre location multiple times and haven’t had any issues! The staff is really friendly and helpful! Don’t hesitate to ask questions, they’ll take care of you!

Have had zero issues with this rental agency office. Always nice people that have me in and out in no time. Always upgrade me to a nicer car at no extra cost. I just wish I could get a hole of their office.
