A great job by Giant Floor! I purchased waterproof plank flooring for my entire house and I couldn’t be happier! It brightened the rooms, looks like wood and is so easy to care for. A damp mop or a quick dusting and it’s done. Jaff and his crew did a wonderful job and couldn’t have been nicer. I finished up with a beautiful oriental style runner for the stairs and the house looks like a palace. Samir and his crew laid it perfectly and were very nice. I will use Giant Floor in Wilkes-Barre again, (ask for Tom), and highly recommend them.

I had a really hard time finding a good price on carpet for my second floor. 900 sq ft. To be exact. Came here and had a great experience. Celeste was very helpful and my wife and I walked away paying less than other distributors were offering for nice quality of carpet. Would definitely recommend

Best place to buy floor for larger spaces. Excellent customer service. Very patient . They came to my house measure the area. I went to the store spent hours to choose the exact look I wanted, they have so much choices. Love it , will go there for more purchases. I need the kitchen floor redone.I purchases 2 indoors and 1 outdoor carpet. They hemmed to fit so they look like giants rugs. I had a lot of compliment from my visitors.

Our experience with Giant Floor in Wilkes-Barre was phenomenal! We had a lot on our plate with moving from Washington to Pennsylvania - Giant Floor made changing out the carpets in our new home much less of a headache. Staff worked with us to carefully choose the best carpeting and padding for our needs. The installation team was polite, professional, and very efficient. The price for carpets for 3 bedrooms, stairs, and a closet could not be beat anywhere else. Highly recommend visiting Giant Floor!

Giant Floor in Wilkes-Barre gave quick Profesional service. My new carpet was installed within 2 weeks of measurements being taken. Courteous, professional sales people and installers. Very pleased and I would highly recommend!

Fair price, good job on the installation. The only reason I'm giving them ☆☆☆☆ is there was a miscommunication between the sales rep and the installation crew. They sent 2 older gentlemen who refused to remove the old floor which I paid for removal.They were suppose to remove the old floor and install the new floor.They were told it was an installation only. After about 45mins going back and forth with sales they decided to remove the floor. They didn't have any supplies so I had to supply the buckets and help them lift them. Other than that they did a beautiful job

Beautiful LVT in my kitchen and dining room. Installers were wonderful. When they came to install family room LVT A little issue with an up charge with the installers. Giant met us half way. We were pleased with product.

Giant Floor WB went above and beyond to provide costumer service and satisfaction guaranteed.. Our flooring was done throughout our house and it has never looked better. I can’t say enough about Giant and highly recommend Peter Rubando and his professional crew of installers to anyone looking for new floors.

Giant floor was so great I tell you I called them up and I told them what I needed they came the very next day measured my room and then the day after that the morning after that they came and installed the padding and the carpet and I paid them and that was that it was a three day event it was just everything flowed smoothly and the carpet installers were so professional so kind show me in early and the price you can never beat their price on the quality of carpet that they give you and that’s about it for my review for giant floor best carpet place I ever dealt with and I’ve installed many many carpet throughout my homes over the years. And you don’t find that very often where you can rely and count on somebody you know from a company saying and doing what you’re doing what they say they’re going to do that so reliable and so responsible it’s just a great company and I can’t say enough about them.

I am a landlord and have used giant for many projects. They have the highest quality products w the most reasonable prices around. They stand by there work and I wouldn't even think about using any other company. There are the best!

Great customer service from Pete my planks started seperating and Giant came up to fix after they were installed years ago. Would definitely buy from Giant again
