We had an amazing experience from sales to installation. The flooring/carpeting selection is massive, with very knowledgeable staff. I did not feel rushed or pressured. We chose carpeting for our bedroom and waterproof vinyl flooring in our family room. They were installed as promised. The installers were very professional and took pride in their work. We are extremely pleased with our flooring. It turned out beautiful. Definitely recommend, and will go back when ready to redo other rooms.

Sales were great, installation was a mess. Seams visible, installer told me to just push the carpet nap in the other direction. Carpet lifting off stairs, wood underneath visible. Store rectified the problem, laid new carpeting with different installers.

We had Cali flooring placed in our living area, dining room, kitchen, hallway, foyer, bedroom, and bathroom as well as carpet on the stairs a few years ago. The installers took no care at the time, leaving drinks, water rings on freshly painted surfaces, and cigarette butts around the walkways. Most pieces of the LVP was cut crooked with a utility knife and not near the trim pieces. 1/4 round was placed throughout the home and was supposed to be color matched, but was not even close. Metal trim on bathroom steps appeared to be cut with wire snips and the top one had dents in the entire length. Not a single piece of 1/4 round had a return on the end but was left cut off on an angle. Some trim was ended before the corner and they even took the time to paint the corner instead of using trim. We found a large deep gash in middle planks of the living room after install. I reached out to the store but was told that the person who had helped with the sale had retired and that I should contact the owner. Multiple calls and messages to the owner Pete left me with "we'll get you scheduled for repairs", but it never happened. The stair noses in the foyer came off shortly after install and required me to glue them back on when no repair appointment could be made.
I only write this review now so far out since we just recently used a national chain to place flooring in the entire living space in our basement, and what a difference in the quality of the install. They took their time and cared to have a good looking finished install. They also cleaned up when the job was complete. Only now do we realize how truly horrible the flooring and trim is in our upstairs after learning to live with it for three years. The flooring also has not held up after having it for just 3 years. Multiple areas have popped up. We've caught socks on the corners, and my 2 year old has cut his foot. Eventually we will need to replace the flooring that Giant installed, but the cost to do so right now is prohibitive. We really had high hopes for lifetime flooring, but Giant left us stranded with floors that we are embarrassed to show.

Mark at Giant Floor is absolutely wonderful. My family went to look for flooring for a newly purchased house and Mark was nothing but attentive. Mark was personable, helpful, and kind through the whole process.Additionally, upon finding out I am a teacher for a local district, Mark donated carpet squares for my reading groups to enjoy inside our classroom. This small gesture has made a huge impact. He truly cares about his customers and his community.

They did an excellent job, and the price was right. And I personally get some satisfaction from using a local community company over a big box store like Lowes or Home Depot. I highly recommend Giant Floor.
