Scheduling an appointment is super easy. They have a huge selection of dresses for not only the bride, but for bridesmaids too. The staff is extremely friendly not just to me, but to everyone I brought with. They are kid friendly, and accommodating. The alterations department is filled with kind people, and they make sure you leave feeling like your dress is perfect. Would definitely recommend them to anyone trying to find the right dress!

Sai was fantastic! I walked in and felt so welcome. I told her I was looking for Bridesmaid shoes and not only did she find me fabulous pairs but she informed me I walked into a great sale!
I have been so indecisive, looking for shoes for weeks and find the best pair here!
David's Bridal Wilkes-barre has 5 star service. Best experience ever! ❤️

Today I went shopping for my wedding dress and had the most incredible experience with cait. Not only was she kind and considerate but she was so patient and helpful. I expressed that I wanted to try on multiple styles to try and find my dream dress. She helped me find numerous dresses in differing styles. 10/10 recommend and thank you again cait for all the help I can’t express my gratitude enough. ❤️

David's Bridal was the third place I shopped looking for a formal dress for my daughter's wedding. I had some anxiety going in because I do not like to shop and have insecurities about body image. My experience could not have been better. The store and dressing rooms are absolutely beautiful. The selection is plentiful and well organized. In a few short minutes, I had five dresses to try on. I had an appointment scheduled and Elaine was assigned to help me. I cannot say enough about Elaine. She immediately put me at ease. She listened to what I was looking and what I was trying to hide. She helped me in and out of dresses and actually found the dress that I ended up choosing. She offered her unbiased opinion and I left feeling confident with my purchase. She also helped me find the perfect accessories and I left with my task complete having also purchased earrings, a necklace, and shoes. I had previously shopped at a bridal shop and found David's bridal much more affordable. I could not even find a dress for the price I paid for the dress and all accessories. And I do not feel as if I settled in anyway. You can't go wrong with Davis's Bridal!! Great Selection!! Great Staff!! And they do alterations to. Thank you so much for taking care of me!!

I came here last year to have my bridesmaids dress altered and they did a great job! This year my baby sister is getting married and while the bridesmaids dress didn’t come from David’s Bridal I still opted to come back for alterations! Their customer service is excellent and they are so honest! Ms, Dee in alterations was a pleasure to work with. She was honest about what she would suggest having done, rather than try to up sell me. In an industry where it’s all about the up charge, it’s refreshing to know that this place will look out for their customers with honest and integrity. I will happily come back for all future alterations, including those that aren’t for a wedding.

Not much of a selection for wedding gowns. Seemed to be all 1 style and the sales person didn't seem to listen to our wish list just seemed to pick the same dresses.
