Delivery guys very unprofessional. Gave me attitude because he had trouble getting a box spring upstairs smh. His wife was nice and handled it professionally. Don’t like that you can’t get a refund only store credit

They ripped me off they charged me 180. 00 for duel twin box springs then didn't deliver them then when I called them to get my money back they told me they can t find receipt then told me we have to contact our accountant before we could do anything then they tried to tell me that duel twin box springs Don t cost 180.oo just give me my money

I was helped by a lovely worker by the name of Angela. I was able to buy a dresser for my room, she knew exactly what i needed color and design wise! She was such very nice and kind as well as patient..Very nice furniture In store ,Definitely recommend!!

I ordered a bed with a headboard and was told I would receive a call to notify me of my bed being delivered. I received a call asking was I home and that the delivery guys were on their way. I asked how long and she said "30 minutes". Within 21 minutes of that "30 minutes" I received another call to tell me that my bed wasn't even on the truck and WOULD NOT be delivered. I had already disassembled my old. Now they want to give me an ugly color that doesn't match. Then I was told that I would get a call the following day to help me with my cancellation AND NOBODY CALLED!!!I'm not understanding how you call the customer and get them excited and start prepping for space WHEN THERE WASN'T EVEN A CONFIRMATION TO MAKE SURE THE BED WAS ON THE TRUCK!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM.

The workers are very rude & liars ! I been waiting 3hrs for them to return to fix my bed set! They lied & said they came back & didnt! Unsatisfied is an understatement!
