I was helped by a very nice man named Devanshu. He was very helpful polite and professional. I had just a horrible day up to this point trying to get my surgeon to refill more pain medication for me, having him push it to another doctor who then told me I would have to pay out of pocket for the pain meds. I was livid because I shouldn't need to buy prescriptions out of pocket when I have insurance and all that was needed was a preauth. So I went to cvs desperately in need of pain relief but not thrilled I was going to have to spend 165.00 for that relief. Dev saw the cost and let me know it wasn't covered and I said yeah unfortunately there's no preauth available and he asked me if he could use the discount portal computer and i said that would be great. I didn't even know it was an option nor were the medications able to be discounted. He came back a couple of mins later and was able to knock the price down from 165.00 to 49.00.\\ I couldn't have been more happy. This whole day I've been in pain and experienced horrible customer service at my surgeons office where the lady actually hung up on me and told me to go pound sand when I was writhing in pain to having someone like Dev go out of his way to help me. \\ I really appreciate his help assistance and care. Thank you Dev and please continue to hire people like him. ❤️

This place is the absolute worse. Rude staff. Never answer phones. Almost always out of diabetic meds. Horrible place horrible customer service

This is for the one on south main street in Wilkes-Barre.This pharmacy is an absolute crap show. I was there five times in one day for one prescription and kept being told a different story every time. They would say my doctor didn't authorize it when she did... TWICE! The pharmacy would tell my doctor that the prescription is ready to be picked up and then when I get there a couple hours later I'm told I have to wait an hour. I come back two hours later and they tell I have to wait 20 minutes. Even my doctor's office is annoyed with them. They don't answer the phones (one time I waited an entire hour and no one picked up) so I can communicate with them and had to drive back and forth in order to do so. And they "close" the drive through without even putting up a sign.

Worst experience ever filling a prescription here,I would recommend using any other pharmacy in town,3rd time and the last time I will have problem getting something done.If I knew how to give them No stars I would.
