Very nice hotel with everything you need! 2 queen room was very spacious including microwave and fridge. The bathroom was also very spacious with included toiletries. Beds a bit soft but still ok. Blankets very thin. The only complaint is there's no free breakfast, which we've gotten accustomed to at many other Courtyards. So it was surprising for us, but not a deal breaker. The area around here has loads of dining options so it was ok with us. Also no room safe which we didn't need but just unusual. About 35-40 minutes to area ski resorts.

Great rooms. Staff was great just no wow factor. Places to sit for your morning coffee and smoke. Location is OK if you have a vehicle but was kinda a hike to get across the main street where everything is at.

clean, comfortable, the gym is in need of service. None of the treadmills work properly nor did any of the tv switchers in the gym work. I did however get a good nights rest.

Was "Fairfield by Marriott" not courtyard. Nicely appointed rooms. Clean. The best part was the breakfast, especially the oatmeal bar with lots of great toppings.

Room was good. Pool cold. Trabsport van was broken. Breakfast was very expensive so we are elsewhere. Room was not ready until 5 p.m. just a roof and bed.

The hotel is decent and all of the front desk agents were nice. However, housekeeping was trash. When I booked the reservation and checked in on the app, it gives the option of opting out of housekeeping altogether or having housekeeping every other day. I selected the latter. However, the housekeeping staff went out of their way to say we weren’t going to get housekeeping at all because it wasn’t selected. Long story short, they brought us new bedding and towels. My boyfriend was housekeeping at that point and God bless him, he did a good job with a smile on his face. We asked the young man if we were going to get housekeeping and Monica who was just a few rooms down, with the rudest, unruly, and boisterous voice yelled and said we weren’t going to get housekeeping because we weren’t on the schedule after staying there for 3 days! My boyfriend and I walked by her and she looked like she was about to either BEAT or EAT both of us. It was unpleasant to say the least. Please train your housekeeping staff on customer service and how to be polite. No manners.

Super bummed that this Marriott doesn’t seem to provide the same experience as the chain. I booked this hotel as a surprise for a friend who was coming to visit. I knew she would be tired and versus sleeping on our couch would appreciate well, a friggin’ Marriott.I pre booked and prepaid and called a week later to confirm my reservation and extend it one more day. When getting on the phone with the staff I provided my information and she said, “we can’t extend your reservation because we were going to cancel it anyways because you’re a local and we weren’t going to tell you till the day of” she then followed to say, “we have no way of contacting you” which, is bull because I’m a member and I booked a reservation online and it’s 2023 it’s not like this information is hard to get?! I explained to her the situation, asked how to get a solution seeing as yes I am a local but I’m booking it for someone who is not and her response was, “yeah I really don’t know what to do about that.”Never in my life have I heard this rule. I travel for my job around the area and have to stay in local-ish areas and so far have had 0 issues with such a thing. Ever. This is disappointing for Marriott. With such treatment and even their ratings thus far it doesn’t seem promising.

i stayed here for a night on my drive from EWR to Michigan. I was searching for a hotel 2 hours out from EWR and this location suited best. My original flight was postponed by a day as my booking had passed the free cancellation period I thought i wont be able to stay. On the day i was suppose to check in i called up the hotel and informed the situation and requested them to accommodate us for the next day in the same booking. To my surprise they just rebooked my rooms for the next day without any penalties. I was so happy and impressed by the response. I had booked 2 rooms and both were rescheduled without charges. I arrived at the hotel around 2 pm. Check in was fast and I was in my room in no time which was spacious with a king size bed and a couch. There was a coffee maker internet TV and the bathroom was nice and spacious. The room looked and felt fresh and nice. The hotel is new with nice rooms a reception area which has a coffee shop and a small market and ample parking. It’s located just off the highway. It’s a pity I could not spend more time at this amazing hotel.Safety: The area seemed safe.Walkability: It’s a quiet area to walk around.

I’m a Titanium Marriott member and quite frankly this was not a great experience. Bathroom had stains down the front of the toilet and a bunch of hair on the floor.The bed had probably the worst pillows I’ve ever encountered in a Marriott property.For the price, the only good thing I can say is that the lady at the front desk was really nice and it’s a good location. Otherwise for the price there are better options.

Nice room and easy access. Hidden deep in the corner but once you find it no problem. Person at front desk smelled like cigarettes with the smoking area right by the entrance, not ideal but decided to go through side door to avoid my kid's smelling it. Overall not bad for a one night stay.

Wonderful Hotel and Staff! I stayed here on business for a few days with a co-worker. Rooms were spacious and the internet was great. Staff were kind and accommodating with our needs.

Horrible service. A literal nightmare. My bed was full of hair. Like loads. They made the bed without washing the linen. I slept on top of the blanket. Stay far away from this scam.
