I came here to test drive a vehicle and while we did not make the deal work at this particular point in time, I am sure I’ll be back to make it work. There was no pressure to buy and that’s HUGE! Talk to Casey and Mike!

Needed an extra key for my older ford. Called ahead of time to make sure they had one in stock. Was assured they did so I made an appointment ( days in advance) to have them program the key.
I arrive, wait 20 minutes before they take my car in, and it turns out they don't have a key!! Totally messed up my day!

Found a really nice F150 thru the sales consultant Chris R. He did a well above average job. From the first handshake to dropping the keys in hand he was very professional answering every question and addressing all concerns to close the sale. Afterwards Ashley the sales manager was very helpful on my trade in and did what a manager is supposed to. Support your team! Then Dave the finance manager got me approved and set me up with an excellent 3yr warranty at an exceptional price point. From start to finish, would definitely return. Thanks team, you guys have a great synergy and deserve a raise and/or bonus.

I had my Lincoln Mkc here August of 2023 for a transmission issue, it was having rough shifts and jumping around. They diagnosed it as needing a new transmission, and it was on back order. So fast forward three months waiting on the job to get done, I finally get it back. The day I pick it up and try to take it home, it is shifting worse than the original transmission. I bring it back immediately, and they tell me it just needed to be reprogrammed, and that it will jump around a little bit for the first five hundred miles or so. So I take it for a few months, but it never gets better. I take it back again, and they say it’s fine, the car was doing that because it needed a fuel sensor. I asked how that was related to the transmission shifting, and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. I once again took it back and it had no changes to the transmission shifting. I eventually took it to another Ford dealership, and the gears in the transmission were starting to shred themselves, and the fluid was heavily contaminated. So the car ended up needing the transmission rebuilt. I’m heavily disappointed with how I was treated here, and jerked around. I hadn’t even driven the car over 5000 miles before the reman transmission had to be rebuilt. I will never bring my vehicle back here, or purchase another one from here.

Avoid purchasing from them! Their sales team don’t care about the customers but the numbers! They don’t even bother responding to you once you’ve an issue! Very unprofessional and only care about hitting their sales target.

My wife and I were driving our 2016 F350 north on I-81 when our truck broke down at 9:30 in the morning. We were 1900 miles from home and 600 miles to our destination. Our insurance company would get us towed to a repair shop, so we chose Coccia Ford in Wilkes-Barre.
I explained what happened to service advisor Marty Jordan. What at first felt like a blown tire was easy to rule out, then I thought it was a major drive train issue that would cause a major delay to our trip. When we go to the dealership, Marty asked a series of questions that allowed him to isolate the issue to the steering assembly, of which they had parts in stock.
My wife and I walked to the diner next door and just as we were finishing lunch, Marty called to let us know our truck was ready. By 2:30 we were back on I-81 heading north to our destination in Maine.
It was amazing! I was looking at a delay of several days and Marty was able to make it a delay of a few hours. Thank you Coccia Ford for having a technician available to make the repair and for having an expert and knowledgeable service advisor like Marty Jordan.

Purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. Very professional and easy to work with. Had an issue with most recent purchase and owner made it right. Service has always been excellent. Most likely will buy from again. Would give 5 stars, however the price of vehicles overall is unreasonable. No fault to this dealership, but still.

Buy from elsewhere if you don’t want to be ripped off. No professionalism, no commitment, no appreciation and most of all NO courtesy!!

Buying cars for 17 years from these guys average every 2 to three years started to feel unappreciated when salesman Mike told me a Maverick cost the sticker plus 3 thousand when asked what that meant he said they can get 3 thousand over sticker got them down to sticker and they wouldn't budge off it. When i asked them if they looked at my buying history at Coccia they said they did but didn't seeem to care. Then there is parts which is a joke all in of itself, and then went with my wife for a 2024 Bronco sport and Ashley tried to low ball me on my trade which was the same year and model and less miles as my son traded in on a used bronco sport and he got a better offer on his trade. When asked why they told us he traded his on a used Bronco. With that said my wife and I have been loyal customers since 2007 and we are just not feeling it anymore at Coccia. We are not looking for free but loyalty should have played some type of role in there decision making process. So on to another dealership and hope to start another long-term owner-client relationship

They say what they mean and mean what they say. I wouldn't buy a truck from anyone else.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a family-owned business experience. Friendly, clean, not pushy, great customer service all around. This is one of very few vehicle-purchasing experiences in which I walked away with a good feeling.
I have no problem driving over an hour to do business with people who treat you like a person instead of a number.
