Whoever is answering the phones is rude as h*ll unprovoked . If you’re that miserable quit your job and let someone else have a chance . Based off of that alone I wouldn’t live here .

The "manager" Diane is an absolute power tripping see you next Tuesday! Over priced and under maintained. 0/10 recommended. She needs some milk and a fat Johnson!

Really great place to stay really. Very pet friendly, nice neighbors. During winter, one of the maintenance person even helped me clean the snow off my car. Very charming place, I think everyone would love staying here.

I have lived here three different times in different apartments. Can't say I've ever had a problem. The office is just a phone call away with any issues. There is a pool, a fitness center, and even a small play area for children. They have been especially accommodating to my pets which is also a big plus.

Beware of the scammers running the place. Before moving out, we left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in, but still had a sizable portion of the deposit withheld for professional carpet cleaning. Upon questioning such a charge they stated that this is done after anyone moves out and the fee is charged to the deposit. There is no mention of such a policy in the lease agreement, and there is no logical reason for such a policy, especially in my case where the carpets were spotless. Furthermore since they hold the deposit for well over a month, and very quickly rented the location out, there is no way to verify if they even had anyone actually try to clean the carpets professionally (I have my doubts).Overall it feels like they are simply taking advantage of people who they feel will not have the time or resources to challenge such deductions. Especially since they created a policy out of thin air that is not listed in the lease, but effectively ensures that they will never have to return a full deposit regardless of how well taken care if the property is. It is just hurtful when you spend days before moving out to ensure everything is fully clean to better standards than move in day, only for them to turn around and charge a cleaning fee that is literally unavoidable regardless of how clean the place is.

Stay far away from this place, the bad reviews about Diane are true! The people who say its not are her friends who probably dont live there. She hears what she wants , my mother told her month to month after her october lease was done. She then turned around and rented it out for November. She has no class when she speaks, the one good maintenance worker they had quit. The current handyman probably never held a hammer before in his life, but he got the job because he is Diane's friend. People who have dogs here including her don't pick up after them, there are dog droppings everywhere. Also if you call the main office they say they know the complaints about Diane but they absolutely dont care. Also I know all of the above information for a fact as my husband and I briefly lived in our own apartment until our house closed.Save your money and your sanity!

We moved into a townhome here a few months ago, and my family and I couldn't be happier! The community (pool, playgrounds, fitness center, etc.) is great and the neighbors are very friendly. The property manager, Diane, is awesome. I would definitely recommend Cedar Village to anyone looking to live in a place that is quiet and peaceful.

We love living here. Couldn't be happier in our house. Real sense of community and dog friendly which is a plus. We always feel safe even at night. Diane, the community manager is wonderful so ignore the previous reviews. Pay your rent, be polite, etc., and you won't have a problem. Maintenance is also always helpful and willing to fix what you need within a few days at most. Pool and fitness center are great. Really good value for your money overall! Would recommend!

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received when calling the other day. I called to see if I could bring my mother to see the apartments the lady that answered the phone was somewhat rude and short with me. I was told there was nothing to show at this time, Proceeded to tell her we were looking for maybe a year down the road because in some places you have to be on a waiting list ,so we were checking out a few to see where my mother would like to possibly live she again told me she had nothing available to look our and things could change in a year. She did not try to help at all. Very Disappointed!!

Solid place for the price - I definitely feel like you get what you pay for. The only issue I had with them is that they can be really particular about certain things. For instance, I locked myself out one time and they require $40 cash before unlocking your apartment. So, you better hope your wallet isn't locked in your apt or they will give you hell. On another note, the leasing agent, Diane, did me a solid and oversaw the moving company upon move out when I was unable to do so in person. Thanks Diane!! Also, the maintenance team is super fast and will have things fixed next day.

Great place to live! Quiet and peaceful community. Never had a problem with things working in my apt and the management and maintenance are super friendly. I would live there again if i got the chance.
