The birds are clearly very stressed and neglected. The parrots have plucked feathers. Mirrors are not healthy for birds- most of the cages have nothing but a mirror. The Indian ringneck is completely plucked and staring into a mirror. Also seeds are not a healthy nor balanced diet for birds- and the birds only had seeds to eat.Either they don’t care about birds or don’t know what they’re doing wrong. But either way, the birds are suffering.

You walk in and BAM it smells like the worst ammonia smell EVER. It stuck on my clothes and made me feel sick. There is POOP EVERYWHERE on the carpet you have to be careful every step. Some of the animals are the LENGTH of the cages they are in. Staff was chilling out in the front while the whole place was covered in poop and I mean everywhere. ?

Lots of animals you wouldn't normally see in a pet store. Lot to explore.

Have never had a bad experience my kids absolutely love to see all of the animals. The owner is very knowledgeable and priceses are definitely the best I've seen especially for a facility that has so many animals to care for. As soon as we walk in the store we are always gretted not only by the employees but the beauty that loves to sit on the railing definitely makes my day to see such a great place to not only shop but for my children to see all the amazing animals and learn so much from the staff. My tortoise definitely loves the new home we purchased today she is making herself comfortable.

Went here tonight and met the owner, I am a collector of my own and I was amazed on how amazing this place was. They are rescues and you can tell they are loved. The owner also has vet experience, which says a lot. Enjoyed meeting everyone and hearing his story, you guys rock and I will be making your store a first stop for all of my collection additions.

Witnessing how active all of the reptiles and animals were in this facility was definitely unexpected. I never experienced or felt such a positive environment before coming in here. The entire staff was very attentive to both the customers and the animals. You can automatically sense that all animals are taken care of based on how active they are as compared to other places where most animals are treated almost like merchandise. I personally felt welcomed by everyone and one of them was kind enough to educate me on blue tongued skinks. I definitely recommend passing by this place if you’re looking into caring for reptiles or some friendly fur animals!

The ammonia smell is unbearable and sticks to your clothes through multiple wash cycles, there are free roaming animals in the store that are allowed to urinate on the CARPETED floors, and there is no ventilation system, nor windows. The reptiles in the store are incredibly ill-cared for, with cruelly small enclosures, some small enough that it is impossible for them to turn around without scraping their sides. They do not have appropriate UV lighting systems for their reptiles, and the birds very very often pluck their feathers out of stress. Birds are kept in ridiculously small cages, have little to no toys, and are never fed appropriate diets with fruits and vegetables, so they often look very sick, not to mention that many are extremely aggressive. Injured animals are kept untreated and in their small enclosures. I've seen cages splattered with blood once, and the employees did not even notice that there was a severely injured animal until multiple people pointed out they were limping, or that there were burns from hot light bulbs or bleeding injuries. Their alligators are kept in very small tubs, with 3-4 gators per tub. Their free-roam cat is also aggressive and can attack your legs unprovoked if you do not pay attention, same goes for some of the birds that will snap at you if you walk close to their cage (which is often unavoidable when the cage doors are left wide open), such as the macaw at the front of the store, who is aggressive, often has bald patches under its wings, and stress chewed feathers. The employees are rude and unhelpful, and some even vape inside the store very often, which is extremely harmful for all of the animals inside. Please do not give these people your money.

the employees definitely said that they're afraid of the spiders. and the Venezuelan Sun Tiger that they had on display was definitely NOT a suntiger. they also had another in a box. I opened the box. definitely a vonwirthi. 2 spiders mislabed right off the bat. lizards were all sick with MBD and had improper lighting. 0/10 stars. this place should be shut down.

Went here to check it out and most of the birds are so stressed out, they are pulling out their feathers, the bigger lizards and gators they have are in too small of tanks for them, the baby emu can't even stand because it's leg is injured already, none of the animals had enough food or water in their cages, and the people there are rude! I would never buy anything from them! Poor animals!

Horrible!! When walking in there was an awful ammonia smell. I was nauseous instantly. Their animals were so sad looking and unhealthy and the building was disgustingly dirty. There was a layer of dirt and dust on almost every inch of the place. The employees weren't helpful at all when my husband was trying to look at their spiders. They were like "oh noooo I don't like spiders!!!" My husband breeds and collects spiders so he knows what je is doing. They were also mislabeled. I wouldn't let anyone I care about, go to this place. Also, their skunk bit me.

walked into this place on a trip from Colorado. smelled strongly of ammonia to the point my wife was getting sick. all the lizards were VERY unhealthy. most with MBD and very partial UVB. I asked to see some spiders and none of the employees were willing to help. claimed they were arachnophobes. why carry animals if you're afraid of them? I even shared that I'm an experienced keeper/breeder/photographer and still got no help. also some of the tarantulas were mislabeled. be careful when buying from here.
