As I was trying on my clothes in the dressing room here the other day, I happened to look up and there are cameras sitting right on top of both of the dressing rooms they have and those cameras are clearly looking into the dressing room or at least they’re pointing towards the dressing rooms. I called the manager in and she tried to convince me that those were not working cameras. I don’t feel safe trying on clothes in this store and I suggest that you be careful with getting completely undressed in the dressing rooms because you are being watched. Very Scary

I’ve never been to a Burlington before and I decided to come over and check it out.Upon entering the store it appears to be a cheap outlet. This store is the very definition of chaos, it is a mess from the entrance all the way to the very end. There is no organization, many items on shelves are broken and things are thrown down on the floor.There is no public bathroom.The employee at the cash register was polite.

My family likes going there. To me it's very messy, a lot of the items are over priced, no public restroom, most of the customers are rude. I feel for the Cashiers.

Dirty, very unprofessional/disgustingly rude staff. I highly recommend not coming here. They need new management/staff and a new store.

this is a very racist place the maneger in the morning treated me very badly. In addition, whoever closes the bathrooms of a commercial store will be because this neighborhood is black and Hispanic. If it were a white neighborhood, we would have more benefits. once again we feel discriminated against and with our arms on our shoulders without a voice without a vote.

This location was by far the worst and most unpleasant ever. The clothing has an odor that suggests it has been there for ages. They seldom ever clean the place, and it looks like trash wherever you look. Most importantly, there were no bathroom and the only bathroom available was for the worker which have code.

Prices were good, however store was very messy with merchandise blocking many of the aisles. Very disappointed that the dressing rooms were not even open so I couldn’t even try on clothing before purchasing!

It was ok, not like it used to be. 1 person at the register. Alot of stuff on reduced racks but didn't find anything. Maybe next time, I don't go there much cause they don't have much I like.

Went here looking for suites and there were no suites. The presentation of items sold was sub par. Felt more like a thrift store instead of an actual store.

Great choices compared to other stores - prices & selection sooo much better!!! Main problems swirl around: disarrayed shelving, racks, etc. Next, family disagreements regarding purches the better the Price the more you can guarante no teen is going to want to wait to wear said items days, let alone, weeks.

I used to love this store. It was dirty, in total disarray. Was more like a salvation army. Absolutely horrible. So sad. Go to Tj max if you want decent stuff for a discounted price.

Great store to buy affordable clothes every season for your kids. Could find brand stuff cheaper here . A lot of cheap gifts now for the holidays . Store is always a litte messy but its easy to find what your looking for .
