Purchased a Lenovo p12 tablet and I will say I'm super pleased with the performance and the battery life. I wish best buy had the Lenovo keyboards available but they had some that "fit" with some modification.

Ordered online for in store pick up. Got home and product didn't work. I went back up and they were super nice and replaced the item on the spot. The manager was very understanding and apologetic

The store has a nice layout. Lots of employees, but they all just seem to stand around and don't ask customers if they need help finding something or ask if they like information on a product
