Order pickups are terrible. Often the items are visibly used. I do online order pickups because my time is very limited, but to receive used items is terrible, disgustingand disappointing. If you do online order pick-up please check your items before you leave the store (unless you have time to bring it back to the store). Employees in the store are typically very nice, but they really should pay attention to what they are giving people. I understand sometimes it gets busy, but this should not be happening so often.

I had $100 total and the cashier help me log on and download the site and got a coupon for $25 off. She did not have to go overboard for me she could have just let me spend $100 and that be that but she did due diligence and I appreciate that as a customer and we'll come back for more purchases because of her.
