This autozone saved my life. The store manager, Daymi, is the most helpful man and most beautiful person. Before I arrived at this autozone I added a quart of the wrong transmission fluid, and Daymi was so helpful by showing me a youtube video on how to drain it. Daymi went above and beyond and I know good karma is coming his way.

I've had two bad experiences with this store. The first one was when I ordered new struts for the hood. They had to order them. They said they would call me when they came in. I waited about a week and never heard from them. I called and the guy checked and he said yeah. They've been sitting on the shelf here for a few days. Then I went there last night to have my battery checked because I needed a jump start and the the tow truck operator recommended that I go there and have them test the battery. They tested it and it came up. The battery was bad. So I shelled out $201 for a new battery. And since I was paying so much I figured I might just as well have them install it. So the guy comes out and he starts talking about conspiracy theories and videos that he watches on YouTube. I really didn't need to hear all of that. Not to mention that it took him over an hour to get it installed in the freezing cold. Definitely won't be going back to this location again

I went to this auto zone to get an issue looked at regarding possibly the battery or a wiring issue and the individual tried to fry my battery. I watched him switch the terminals from positive to negative and ask me to try and turn the vehicle on. I then tried to explain to his manager what he tried to do and his manager didn’t want to hear it. When checking the battery voltage there is no need to turn the vehicle on….which he asked me to do after changing the battery terminals from positive to negative. Horrible service!

Stopped in on Friday after work for a part for my Hyundai. At first, the employee said 'Honda' and I repeated myself. I then told him Hyundai, Santa Fe. He said "Hyundai Elantra? What year was it again?" I was looking for the oil type for my SUV anyway so I showed him the page with my vehicle. He couldn't read it. So I deleted the oil part and left Hyundai's description. I show him a page full of pictures showing a Santa Fe Limited. Now he got it. I asked for an O-ring for and oil filter cap. Said he didn't seen any. I asked again, and I had to go through the list, found the part, but it wasn't in stock. "We don't have it". Great. No offer to order one, ask another store if they had one? Nope. Dead stare as if I bothered him. I just got the oil and rim cleaner and left. Most of the employees there at the time looked lost. Very poor representation of your business.

Parts I purchased were incorrect for my vehicle. I had to go to the dealer to get the correct parts. As well one part I got that did work had to be returned as it was defective.

A great experience here! Mike helped me scan my Subaru for a check engine light and was an excellent resource for all of my other auto related needs. Definitely one of the better autozone I’ve been to!
