“Dropped an Alfa romeo giulia off for repairs they told me it would take a week....it's been a month already and still waiting. Each time I call weekly I'm told it's next in line and I'll receive a call with updates. The calls never come and they act like I shouldn't be calling myself to figure out what's going on. Overall terrible customer service. They just get more rude each time I call which is once every Monday. Definitely recommend taking your car elsewhere if possible for repairs.
UPDATE: after speaking to the parts and service manager directly he was able to rectify the situation, give me an actual ETA on when car would be repaired and then finished it even sooner than projected. I would take my car here for repairs again.”

“Although I have always gone to Sams in Secaucus New Jersey, I have to admit that I was always afraid to go to this Sams. The fear was more because here it was less likely that there would be someone who spoke Spanish. In fact, there was no one, but the guy who understood me was so kind and so professional that we understood each other perfectly. I'm not good at English and Corey made me feel confident and it was easier to flow. Although I went outside of the appointment, since I had an emergency with a tire that had been punctured the night before. Yes, I have to admit that it was a little difficult to communicate with the store, but I made the decision and I showed up at the store and, thanks, they were able to assist me. My people advise you that when you go to buy tires, do it at Sam's, they have good prices, without fear of making a mistake, they are the best. Apart from the service they give you during the duration of their tires ? believe me they are not going to give it to you in any of those places. Rotation, tire balancing, plus the warranty if you get a flat tire. Of course, this does not mean that I have had to go to an emergency to repair a tire. That's why I give it 5 stars and even more if there were any. It will always be my place to buy my tires.”
