Simply put AMAZING!! From the minute I walked in the door to the time I left. Melissa greeted me with a smile and is an asset to this store. I ordered a new phone and she explained everything to me. Then I had to come back to turn in my old phone and Melissa was there again. Smiling with a positive attitude and so happy to help me. Thank you Melissa!!

The staff was super helpful and professional. They made what I thought would be a nightmare into a very pleasant experience. I live in upstate NY, but I would drive the two hours south if I have issues. Absolutely loved this store!!

Used to be a well stocked, accommodating, educational and friendly experience, 10-12 years ago. Now, avoid . Not stocked w latest iPhone,clueless cold staff, overall turn u away feel. 10 years ago I would leav Mome after a 90 minute info run with 4 iPhones, iPad and family plan. Last 2 visits (7/23, 8/23).I wentin to purchase yet left dejected empty handed and confused re our account. Bad experience, I am a 15+ year customer , IDK Why

July 10, 2023 we were at AT&T for new iPhone 14’s. John S. said he could help. Things were going well til after an hour of uploading he realized he gave us the wrong phones. He told us we should keep the 13’s cuz we save 3 dollars a month. We got the 14’s and he said we could go eat and he would finish the upload. We came back 15 minutes later and John S. had left the store. His coworkers had no idea what he had done. The next day Joe, store manager, called and made things worse by insisting we give 5 stars no matter how bad we were treated. Worst experience. Will not return

I walked into the AT&T store frustrated beyond belief because I literally had enough of Verizon no service. I was able to get a new phone, a better plan for about $50 less. Coverage is MUCH better, data speed is about 30 times faster considering I was getting around 1 mbps or less through Verizon no service. ATT customer service was fantastic unlike Verizon no service where every time you call in their customer service agents give you a different answer to the same question. They basically lie to you and tell you what you're location. It's your phone? It's? Your this. Is your that when? Really. They're. Selling us something they don't have which is basically what I'm paying for, the data.The final straw with Verizon no service was when they added a $20 charge for a 100 gb hotspot THAT I DID NOT WANT Because they're data speed is so slow. I barely use 10 gb per month. After 3 billing cycles I could not get the charge removed even though a Verizon agent removed it the first month, I removed it personally the next month because the agent claimed they could not remove it for some mysterious reason in the system and my wife removed it this month. It just kept getting automatically added back without my permission. I guess that's how Hans Job their idiot CEO makes his 20 million a year by ripping people off by adding unwanted services. In conclusion I was in and out of the ATT store fairly quickly and in a much better mood than when I went in. Overall it was an excellent experience.Thank you ATT for helping two more customers get away from a garbage carrier.Brian A.

The worst my daughter call to see if we still made it to make a payment this lady told her yes before 8 we made it 10 minutes before she told her we just close the register I got out and told her my service will get disconnected if I don’t pay by today she told me well they nothing we can do go to the mall and make your payment their very unprofessional want to close earlier to go home earlier when they stated they close at 8 & I arrived at 7:50
