Exceptional customer service is hard to find in this day and age, but that's exactly what I received from Fred at 2 Mattress Men in Honesdale. He went above and beyond to see that i got the mattress I needed at a fair price. Delivery men were also great (especially Lucas).

Owner was very helpful and kind. Moved from California to PA, best prices for a mattress and the delivery is free! Most places wanted to charge us $100+ to deliver. I would definitely recommend.

I can't recommend this place enough. My boyfriend and I were looking to upgrade to a new mattress since I suffer from back issues and we needed something bigger. We had tried out a Big Box mattress store chain just to see what's out there and it was the most awkward experience and the salesman lacked the confidence and knowledge of their stock that they couldn't recommend anything that worked for us. So, I was THRILLED to walk into 2 Mattress Men and meet George who was an excellent salesman. He asked what I was looking for in a mattress, and the very first mattress he showed me was EXACTLY what I was looking for. He was a really nice guy and gave us a great deal, and they also offered free shipping and they take away your old mattress. The price was great for a nice Sealy mattress. The store was also really nicely laid out and the LIGHTING! Most big box stores have awful fluorescent lighting that makes you feel like you're under an interrogation spotlight. 2 Mattress Men had a wonderfully lit store, almost like bedroom mood lighting. I appreciated that for a store that sells something for sleep. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a no-nonsense sales approach.

The Wilkes Barre store is the same as Scranton, there's a mattress place across the street from Wilkes Barre location I would go there, poor attitude, they are rude, not helpful

mattress man.has good specials and good quality mattresses compared to most places and they deliver free from Wilkes barre..which is a great thing..just bought a matress..it was reasonable...nice friendly guy...good place to go to check out the quality of their products.m

We went to several different places looking for a great mattress at the best price and we definitely got it here! Our salesman wasn't pushy and was such a nice person who we felt really cared about our needs and price point. I'll never shop anywhere else for a mattress!

STAY AWAY VERY RUDE. me and my girlfriend went in here to looking for a mattress for a spare bedroom the owner or salesman did not care about us he was very rude. He showed us a few things than said okay and sat down and watched tv he disnt not care if he made a sale or not dont waste your time here.

My husband and I went here in search of the mattress. The owner or the worker was extremely rude and nasty. We ended up going down the road to get great service and they ended up getting our money. We will not be back to this establishment.
