7/9 There's a rude heffer that works here. My mom's first time at this post office and she didn't know much on what to do. The lady wasn't helpful at all and continued to berate my mom instead of trying to assist her on what to do right. There were people in line and the rude heffer yelled at everyone to get out because it hit 4:30. So if you're looking for help or decent service, this isn't the place to go.

Terrible service from rude old woman working behind the counter. Wanted to change me double what it should for a package. She also wouldn't ship a box that was shipped to me through the post office. I will certainly never return to this tiny post office with no parking!

I attempted to go to this USPS location; which is located on a busy street. What I didn't realize until I got there was that there isn't a parking lot and all the street parking spots were occupied. As I drove by I could see through the front door that there was a line of patrons that ended at the front door. I decided to not bother with trying to find parking and left. What I also didn't realize was that there was a school nearby and the students had just been let out so traffic in the area was bad. So my advice to you is to avoid going to this USPS when school lets out and put on some walking shoes because you will likely need to park a ways away.

Omg I'm the type of person that hates DMVs and US Post Offices. It's such a cold and impersonal experience BUT NOT TODAY!! The location on Smith has the most intimate and sweetest service. It's like walking into a hug. Haha! Lena is the nicest person ever! My go-to post office from now on.

This post office has nearly no parking since it's on a pretty busy street with no parking lot and in the midst of a school zone. It also can gather a long line once you're inside during busier hours. However if you come early morning or when it isn't too busy the lady that is always there to check me out is super friendly and even recognizes me every time I go witch is nice. They offer everything that any general post office does, they have a row of P.O. Boxes, you can ship out packages, and even buy stamps and such. This is a pretty small location but it is really convenient when you're the area and everyone is always so friendly when I stop by! Would recommend.

Incredibly rude employee kicked me and my dog out even though she is a service animal and wanted me to tie her outside in the heat! I would rather go to FedEx and UPS!

This is my favorite post office to go to in Union City. Out of the two, this place is a lot more calm and typically in & out. The lines aren't too long and the employees are really friendly and know what they are doing. The employee today gave me more information that I really needed. I dropped off a package and she informed me that this type of package takes about a week to get delivered, the tracking number is on the receipt and that the USPS keeps the records of the tracking for two months. Information, I didn't need! Other than the tracking information; everything else was just extra. Do I still need in the info? No, but I sure do appreciate it. My suggestion is going at a down time. Middle of the week, sometimes during the middle of the day. When I go, it is usually around the 11am to 1pm timeframe. Usually there are 1-2 people in front of me, my hope is no one - like today!! It is also a lot slower since it is summer and there isn't school right now. Never go after 2pm during school days, its going to be horrible getting around. Parking can be difficult, somewhat. There is no parking lot, rather, there is street parking. Depending on the time and part of the year, you may have to walk closer or farther.

My favorite place to mail stuff. The lady there, knows everything and anything about mailing things. I give her 10 stars as well as the other one I have seen. Parking can be tricky. this is the best little post office around.
