Very friendly and they answer the phone within 10 seconds of calling if you have a question. You don't have to wait on hold forever like CVS or Walgreens.

My eye doctor recommended them because of their care and their willingness to go above and beyond to find coupons for you so it's the most cost effective and they certainly have been delivering. It's a little bit of a drive for me than the other right around the corner pharmacy chains but I feel like it's worth it for the sake of the care you get here!

Whitehall pharmacy called me and my opinion of them has drastically changed. What I thought was rude was a phone issue. They called me to apologize which I am very thankful for. Thsts great customer service and I highly recommend them they go above and beyond to help me and im glad I found them

Whitehall Pharmacy was able to quickly provide my medication (that so many other local pharmacies could not get their hands on) and the personalized service that I received was outstanding! Everything from contacting my provider to get my scripts transferred to working with the manufacturer to make sure that I was getting the best price possible was handled with ease, and I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Rikin and his staff.If you are looking for a pharmacy that sees you as a person and not just another script to fill, please be sure to check them out - you won't regret it!
