Terrible customer service!!! After we waiting 20 minutes they told me can’t help us with anything! And kicks us out!

How can someone duplicate my husband's card and know his PIN if he has his card with him? Someone made a transaction from this ATM and it was not my husband. I can't believe we have to pay for something someone else did. So angry.

Always friendly helpful and fantastic, All the ladies and gentleman are up to par Ace number one there so friendly to me they always know what their doing they help me with everything and always with a smile!
