This place is a dump. Bought serial but when I used it stale as hell. Looked at the date, best before February? Really. It was the first one on the shelf how the hell is that on the shelf? Now I have to check everything I bought. Won't be going there again

Horrible horrible customer service.The 2 male attendants had no clue on how to redeem my Weis reward points and these days a dollar off means alot. After the attendants laughed because they had no clue on what to do I drove another 20 miles just to redeem my points Needless to say I won't be getting my gas there again Train your employees better Weis.....

I was very disappointed on my most recent visit to Weis. Myself and other shoppers discovered a dog locked in a hot car in the Weis parking lot in North Whitehall, with the windows only barely cracked and the dog tied inside the car, so he couldn't reach the windows anyway. This was during the most recent heat wave, where the news had declared a heat emergency. The dog was clearly distressed. Another shopper went to a Weis employee in the parking lot and asked if he could help. The employee replied, It's Not my problem ". The employee was then seen going to a manager, whose name I was later told was Dave, and Dave said. "Not my problem. " I couldn't believe the lack of concern that both Weis employees showed toward this poor dog. In my opinion this is not a company with a conscience at all, or one that cares about its community. They made it very clear, they are only here to price gauge us during an economic downturn, but when it comes to community support. we'll, not their problem! I would have at least expected they ask for the owner of the vehicle to please come to the Customer Service area, where they could let them know that they've taken a few complaints about the safety of their dog.

Very, very well organized. I find this to be one of the best markets to choose from. I encourage newcomers to a town to not go to a department store to buy a breakfast or a pack of drinks or even go for a grocery run, I encourage you to go to an actual, professional grocery store like Weis.

This store is absolutely hell, Floors are so dirty I had to wipe my feet off once I got into my car. Staff is so rude. Why are these highschool kids running this store. So rude and basically ignored the cashier when their lights blinked for help. Not to mention the fact there was only one cashier on register, why is there only one cashier on register while a bunch of employees just hang around the service desk. Won't be coming back to this weis that's for sure

We got the 10 cent discount with our points...Even the base price of fuel was a little below the other nearby fuel stores.

Weis is another popular grocery store chain in the Lehigh Valley. They sell the same products as everyone else. Pricing is competitive so don't expect to find any great deals. I like to come here for all my soft drinks. All Coke/Pepsi products are $4.49 for a 12 pack. (Must buy 3 or more) I haven't found them cheaper anywhere else. Another perk I like is their reward program. Every time you make a purchase you get points that you can use to get a discount on gas. Make sure to use your points before they expire!

Use it frequently, I love the fact that the money i spend on groceries that I would be spending anyway anywhere else but here it gets me money off my gas and the more you spend the more you save!

Selection is very good.Lot is always 3/4 full upon entry.1,st thing you REALLY notice when walking in store,is the amazing smell from bakery !There is fuel pumps on site near street,safer for store and easy to see from streets.Dunkin at corner is major plus!You can earn bonus points here for discounts of fuel or shopping trip .Although my cashier from last time was same as this time.I needed formula,and she was not very knowledgeable,told me she didn't know and had me go to service desk.After months I've seen her there,she should be more knowledgeable in regards to being a cashier/ front end. Although respectful ,I just will avoid her in future trips and really recommend management to fix the problem.(Other trips cashier or supervisor gets formula for me,no issue)Don't want to put name out to hurt anyone's feeling but the cashier is young blonde female,who works obvious 2nd shift.I do recommend.Stores never TOO busy so it makes trip a Lil more convenient!
