I get in at 12:20 and leave at 1:06. They must've forgot about my order cuz when I asked about it my number never popped up in their order history or whatever, so the guy tells me to reorder it. Quite simply unacceptable service ???????????????????????????????

The food at Wawa was very good, The hoagies are delicious, the drinks are great, they have great parfaits and yummy milkshakes, inside it is nice and cold usually on a hot day its nice to be refreshed on a hot day, and it has a very expanded selection of foods and drinks, the service is quick, and the staff/employees are kind and helpful, I would recommend this Wawa location if you are nearby or live in catty!

This location doesn’t deserve 1 star. Everything about it is a mess. Consistently in need of cleaning, there is nearly never a time when I can get decaf, regular or Colombian. Empty pots. The people that are on are scrambling like rats to prepare orders there aren’t enough employees scheduled. Needs a good cleaning. Most mornings there are no prepared hot sandwiches, hash browns, etc… and my all time favorite… NO gas!!! I love circling the pumps and waiting , only to watch customers come out after shopping, get and their car and drive away! So the pumps are now parking. It shouldn’t take me 5-7 minutes to make it to a pump. It’s ridiculous and what’s hilarious is the fact that when I address the dumb, the ignorant, the lazy… they genuinely seem oblivious as to what I’m talking about. Hire more people to run your sandwich shop and let’s do away with the pumps altogether. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from here on out. Thanks for destroying the Wawa name.

I was always getting my orders from Wawa, it seems they need to take care of cleaning during preparing the food, I got hairs in my soup and when I contacted the customer service they sent me a 5$ gift card !!!! I sent them back I don’t need their 5$, it is not a proper way to solve this big issue here!!!

How do they have 3.9 stars .rice is crunchy. Roasted veggies are cold .. manager hands out the food orders.. cold . How dare you bother them and ask them to make your food ..when literally that's what they do! Believe it or not union Blvd in allentown makes much better portions and has way less attitude ..whitehall is not all high and mighty ..portions should be worth the cost..being nice is free ..and rice shouldn't be crunchy. If customers seem to bother you ...maybe the service industry isn't for you .WAWA managment ..do you care? Or the majority of people never complain or at least write reviews so screw the rest of of peasants? Yall are on every corner ..act like you deserve to be there .not like you are the only option .

Victoria left me standing at her register after she had ducked out. She proceeded to walk off and then all the way around the front service area before heading over to the office and returning a minute later with paperwork in her hand. She stopped over at the deli and had a conversation with another associate all while I was standing there waiting to be helped. Rude and Poor Customer Service.

Finally tried the pizza, frozen pizza is much better. It was cold when we got it overcooked and tasted like cardboard. Once was enough

Great food. Best hoagies. But, the pizza is the worst pizza i ever ate. It got worse when i reheated it the next day. I would NOT eat this if i was starving. But everything else is great. Stay away from the Pizza.

I came in to pick up a DoorDash, the rack was empty, app says to consult with store associate, I ask one and she points me to the cashier, so I wait in line and then I'm told to go wait while the cashier dealt with all the customers behind me in line, then he left, got an order for another dasher, served more customers at the cash register all the while avoiding eye contact with me, then he scrambles after seeing me take a picture and he runs with an order and I sit there unenthused because it's for yet another person, he ignored me when I tried to tell him before who it was for... Then he runs back again apologizing asking if this was the right name... Yes... Now that we got literally everyone else situated... This poor treatment of dashers by some stores' employees will be the downfall of many potentially successful transactions leading to happy people... These people need to grow up and stop giving dashers passive aggressive dismissals because they feel like the dashers are making their jobs harder... Newsflash... We're bringing you job security... Wake up and put on a stiff upper lip, people!
