Don't ever have them put tires on your trailer! Wasko's marked up the tires by 42%. Charged me $127 per tire when I could have got them at Walmart for $89. Exact same tire! Then they charge you an additional $20 per tire for mounting/balancing and $4 for each valve stem. Oh, yeah... also another 3.5% on all materials for using a credit card, and "nickel and dime" you for items like brake cleaner ($6.99), environmental fees ($3.95), etc. I used to like these guys, but no more... time to find someone honest!

Cudos to Gary and Jacob. Had a brake problem on our RV at 3 on a Friday afternoon. Pulled in at 3:30. The guys jumped right on it. The guys fixed my brakes and checked all the wheels. Found 2 other problems and got those fixed ad well. All done in the rain too. Can't say enough about how great of a job the guys did. RV brakes better than it ever has. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We were back on the road by 5. If you want things done right Gary and Jacob are the guys to go to. Would definitely use them if we were in the area again. Best money we've ever spent in an emergency.

I first met Dave in August, 2011 when I bought a new truck and left my horse trailer keys in the old one, never to be found again. He quickly changed locks on my trailer and charged me a ridiculously low fee. I've been going to Wasko's ever since for my car, truck and trailer work and I am convinced Gary et al. can fix anything and return it to you better than when you dropped it off. You name it, they can fix it and they are honest. That is rare these days.

I spent the better part of my day trying to find a mechanic or technician to install a Tekonsha P3 brake controller in my 2019 Nissan Titan, which is equipped with the factory wiring for towing. Local Nissan dealerships and their service departments couldn't help me. Some of the local Nissan parts departments informed me of what harness they thought I needed, and that they would order that part for me. UHaul was not sure how to help me. One of the Nissan parts guys suggested I call Wasko's Trailer Sales, and so I did. I had a short phone conversation with Gary during which I explained my situation. He simply told me to bring the brake controller in and any other connections/parts that I had. An hour later, I walk in Wasko's and show Gary what I had. He told me to hand him my truck keys. About twenty minutes later, he comes back to his counter area, where I was waiting, and says, "You're all set. Give me 40 bucks." Wow! Impressive and so helpful!

No professionalism. The genius working there was talking about my "old" trailer that's a 2015. Not sure what he was looking at. I bet all of his personal vehicles get traded in every 3 years. I had these guys do some work on a trailer and they did a decent enough job. A bit pricey but what isn't these days. When I picked up my trailer I discussed another project with a guy I'm assuming to be the boss. We discussed me bringing one of my other trailers in for a couple minor issues. Nothing concrete was scheduled. Then about a week ago I followed up with the boss but he had no recollection of our conversation we had just a few short weeks ago. No problem, he's probably a busy guy. I said I'd like to bring it in. He told me bring it in whenever but he would "need it for a while." Not a problem. Today I take it in and these guys were shocked. The boss couldn't remember either of the previous conversations we had. It's a 40' cargo trailer and they seemed intimidated by it. No certified welder in house to handle some minor welding. I was ultimately told I'd have to "bring the trailer back when I was ready to get the work done and plan on leaving the truck." I was obviously confused. I was there dropping off the trailer. Doesn't that indicate my readiness? I offered to drop the trailer and come back to move it when they were ready. I guess the trailer place doesn't have the means to jockey a fifth wheel trailer around the yard. Needless to say I left with the trailer and I'll never be back. What a joke. 3 hours of my time wasted plus mileage and fuel money. I don't think they wanted the job which is fine, just don't waste my time and money because you're unorganized.

No inventory. Blamed it all on labor shortages and Covid 19.
