I went it to Walmart this past weekend and after waiting a really long time at the craft center for someone to come and help me to get this fabric that I was to buy; their worker named Debra on there finally went to help me (only after I asked her to as she walked by me several times and pretended to putting inventory away which she was not doing!) the same fabric was there every single color marked for the same price $.97/yard but when she put the sticker price on it, she marked it at 1.97/yd so i questioned it since every single color was priced the same and she started yelling at me that people put things in the wrong place and she should know the pricing and either I want it or I do not. I asked her politely to not yell at me that if she was upset with a different customer's actions, she should not take it out on me since i was only making sure the price was correct since there were about 20 colors and every single one was the same price and she yelled that i was the one who was giving her a hard time and she did not care if i reported it and if i wanted to complain i should go do so! EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional where it was not needed!! VERY UPSET and will NOT be shopping there anymore especially since the store is always a mess!!

Convenient area in Whitehall among other shopping and restaurant destinations. Although large, not as well stocked in grocery areas, so looking for Ibotta offers typically a fail. Shopping carts can be out at the parking lots instead of in the entrance. Recommend self checkout to avoid long lines, and parking a bit farther away than the large crosswalk entryway.

I live on the third floor all I ask is for the driver to contact me when they're here and my husband will meet them downstairs to get the groceries. However this WalMart delivery location has been the worst. Four times so far they put my groceries as delivered when they delivered it to the wrong location. I've had to call customer service for them to track where they left the groceries and give me a refund. Today the driver did not contact me I happen to look at the time and then look at my email and I saw that my groceries had been delivered to my door which it was not so I went downstairs to check and this is where he had just left my groceries in the hallway for anyone to come and take one and take it wasn't even in my hallway it was on the first floor so I took the elevator down if I might go to sleep like this and all the drinks were not in bed this is the worst I've ever encountered.

I would give this zero stars my last order a month or LI f ago I had delivery for 3pm-4pm my order was not delivered until after 8:30pm and the driver took some of my items! So o wait hoping this will be better by NOW order last night for delivery 1pm-2pm it is now the NEXT day and there is no word on my order. I asked to speak to the delivery department waited 6 mins they picked up and hung up on me. Asked to speak to a manager held for 10 mins before I just hung up. I really wish they would just clothe this Walmart you guys can't get anything right in store or out.

Usually I have no problems with pickup service. It was wonderful during the "lockdown" months. Lately it has been random. Twice in the last 2 weeks I had orders cancelled. One sent an email and gave an explanation but this last time there was no email or text. About an hour before my pickup time I happened to look in my app and saw it was cancelled Please make this service like it was just a few months ago!

Walmart has everything you need under one roof for the best price on the market. It blows my mind to see all the negative reviews. People just love to complain. I've been coming to this location regularly since they opened and never had a problem with anything. The one tip I would have is try not to go at peak hours when it's super busy. You might have a hard time getting a cart and/or finding certain items you're looking for. Before the pandemic I would always go late at night.

This Wal-Mart delivery service is inefficient. You pay a monthly fee to get your groceries to deliver and 3 out of my last 4 deliveries orders have been canceled. If I could give a 0 start I would because you call the store to get answers and no one picks the phone in that department, you call the 1-800 number and they have no answers. This is a very frustrating experience as they have no problems charging you the monthly service fee but will not deliver your grocery request as promised. They have a scheduling system where you pick available spots for delivery and 3 out my last 4 have been canceled with no notification.

I wish I could give this no stars! You people have shitty customer service. My mom called and asked if she could return an air conditioner and you said YES, so long as you have the order number. So I emailed my mom the order number (I live out of state). Then she takes it back today and some bleach blond in customer service RUDELY says no they can't. You refused to take it back stating that I need the shipping label, then I have send it to my mom, and she has to ship it back. The woman said it's not an "official" walmart email. This is b******** Nothing about anything "official" was mentioned when my mom called. They said the ONLY thing they need is the order number.You told her over the phone you would return it with the order number, now you're giving us the run-around! This is why we never shop at walmart. Called this location and another RUDE woman at the counter said she showed my mom the computer and she did not b/c the computers don't move. She said she can't "override" another company- it's YOUR company! It's walmart.com, it's YOUR company! And yes you can override the computer b/c I am a manager and that's one of the manager's abilities. You just don't want to take it back, that's what it is.You won't take something back when you said you would, and your customer service leaves A LOT to be desired!! I will NEVER patronize you again!

As terrible Walmart's go this one is the worst. Dirty. Unorganized. Empty shelves. Employees not knowing how to wear masks. No cleaning being done and there is a reason a 24 hour a day security guard drives around the parking lot. This used to be an "ok" Walmart now it's one to avoid at all cost
