Both times I have come to this post office there really wasn't much of a wait time. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The post office in Catty has been closed for a while so I come to this one and will continue to in the future.

The shipper for a Kickstarter I paid for, put the wrong zip code on my package. The gentleman who answered the phone a short time ago was very helpful. The PO is busy in the mornings. Eventually he picked up when I called. Thank you, sir.FL, Whitehall, a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA 15227

This office canceled my appointment two times. I had my appointment at 2pm and they canceled at 11am. I don't recommend this office if you apply for your US passport.

I often need to go to the post office. I sell things online. The postal workers are very nice and extremely helpful. I go so often they know my son and I as regulars.

Bad bad Bad service we were withing on the appointment for passaport 1 month and the same day of the appointment resive a voice message saying that the appointment it’s cancel dint say why our nothing just it’s cancel. after we had evrithing plan took day off for nothing.

Went for a passport appointment and was denied due to not having a parent present. I had a sufficient form of consent that had been notarized and heavily researched that I should have been able to submit my application with it.Not only this, they had no rescheduled me and refused to allow me to call someone to come even though they were two minutes away because it would be “too late”. If they had begun my appointment on time (they began my appointment when it was supposed to end), it wouldn’t have been too late to submit my passport. Overall terrible experience and other USPS offices are more experienced in passport authorization. Do not come to these inexperience people for your passports.

The worst place of all. I had a passport appointment and me and my husband took off from work just so they can cancel our appointment a day before. They called me after I finished work so there was nothing I can do. I lost my day for nothing. I still went and tried to talked to the lady nicely explaining to her my situation and that I have everything ready so she wont have to take long but she started getting rude saying that I am ruining her day and disrespecting her. Looks like she has no idea what disrespect means. I am disgusted that they can disrespect their costumers like that especially at the post office.
