This store is a hidden gem! Great prices, great products that you don't always find at larger retailers like Walmart or Target, and great workers who are very nice and helpful! If you haven't been to TJ Maxx yet you need to go!

This is hands-down the best TJ Maxx we’ve been to in the Lehigh Valley. It’s not overcrowded, there’s actually space to walk around and browse, they have fantastic inventory, and the staff are super nice. Why can’t every TJ Maxx be like this one?

Customer service is horrible I went up to check out and there was no tag on the shoes I had told them it was $8.99 they said we still need a tag okay that’s fine as they’re trying to find somebody to go back and do a price check on their walkie-talkies Saying the description of the shoe The woman that was back there saying it’s 9.99 I said no it’s 8.99 that must be the wrong shoe. I said forget it I’ll walk back and check myself I go back and she’s holding up the wrong shoe. It was a shoe that was next to her so much miscommunication. It was ridiculous that I even had to go there and get the shoe do better TJ Maxx get better employees that know what they’re doing and listen to their other coworkers.
