Took my daughter's converted school bus tgere for a front end alignment. Very pleasant people in the office, work was very fast and tge bus drove straight as an arrow on the way home. To top it off I was very surprised at how inexpensive it was!

Casey and Sue and all the people at Stengel Bros are honest, wonderful people. They do jobs that take 2-3 days in ONE DAY. You CANNOT match their prices in the whole United States - we need more business like Stengel Bros in America.
This is our 5th job at Stengel starting back 1998.

Ordered a pair of bags that they claimed are in stock. No email or update in the last ten days. Unable to speak to anyone nor a response from their web site chat room. I am canceling the credit card payment. Very poor communication! I would not recommend this company at all!!!

This is the first time I used Stengel Bros.
I needed a very hard to find set of bushings for a sport trac.
Local junk yard referred me to them. Jack was very helpful and honestly could have just blown me off. I wasn’t spending a ton.
He was persistent, found the right items. Ordered them. Not only got them in one day(ford dealership could not) they were cheaper than the dealers.
Thanks Stengel bros.

You cannot give Stengel Bros enough stars. I run a 1991 International and parts aren't easy to find. These guys stock all suspension parts. Their website is easy to use with very nice diagrams. Shipping is fast but most importantly they are reasonably priced. Good pricing is hard to find in this industry so hats off to the Stengel Bros.

Paid for 2 day air shipping and didn't receive my package until 5 days later after paying 45$ for shipping called ups and they told me they didn't even receive anything from them until 2 days after my order was placed will not be buying parts from them again

Whenever I need a suspension part this is my first call Danielle and she never disappoints. Is very clear with me in regards to shipping and price. "Look I cant guarantee it will be next day because you missed the cutoff that I told you but I will try but cannot guarantee."
Less than 24Hours later a knock on the door, Who is it UPS with my parts cheaper and faster than the manufacturer. I don't know how its done but it is and I am not complaining. She even has me ordering for friends and family because..... why not!!

Order Steering cross tube 3/4/24 only because their website said “In Stock” I paid an additional $55 for two day air shipping. Turns out they in fact did no have it in stock and today is 3/8/24 and I have still not received any confirmation that my order has shipped even though I was told sorry it would ship to me on 3/6/24. Complete joke do not order if you’re truly in need of something asap.

Great customer service!!! Was looking for some leaf spring bushings for a hendrickson suspension and was unable to find any available anywhere. When I called in the staff knew exactly what i was looking for and had what i needed in stock!!!

Another bad review for false "overnight" shipping. You pay all that extra money and don't get what you paid for. Call to complain and get overnight charges refunded, you get every excuse why it wasn't delivered. DO NOT WASTE MONEY PAYING FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. You just get bent over and waste your money.
