Very rude only a couple of nice workers. Had a 3:00 appointment didn't get in until after 3:30 then waited around about 10 minutes in the room and dealt with the rudest NP I've ever met.

I went for prenatal bloodwork and was greeted by Patient Rep Monique. She was very kind and professional. The Lab Tech was also very kind and thorough. However there was another rep there named Jess and Jess was very rude. She was arguing loudly and even cursed at Monique in the presence of other patients. It was very unprofessional.I wouldnt mind returning because its close to home but I hope that the customer service improves.

I have had severe asthma for 43 years so I know my body. I could diagnose myself at this point. I couldn't get in to see my doctor so I came in with a bit of wheezing symptoms for a few days and no other symptoms of illness. I knew I needed prescription steroids to help open my chest up. At first the doctor was nervous about prescribing them due to a possible side effect of another issue, however, after explaining myself, and her looking into my recent records, she agreed that I was correct. I had about a 15 minute wait at 6:15 PM and a 10-15 minute visit with the doctor immediately afterwards on a Tuesday!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars this is the worst lab i have ever been to in my wntire me this is a joke. The people working from the receptionist to the phlebotomist has no idea what they are doing. I have been called 4 time to go back to the lab for their irresponsible and higly unprofessional mistakes. First they couldn't sent the blood on time so i had to back then they did antigen instead of antibody test then i went back again then i got a call that they collected the wrong tube now they are asking to go back again. This lab needs people who know what they are doing or it should be shut down

I came here today for some blood work. The only lady that was working in the lab was so nice. Even though she was very busy and working by herself, she was kind and friendly.

I came in with excruciating pain waited over a hour just for the person up front to ask me where I work and sign consent. Still had to wait to be seen in the back. I can't believe the slowness of this Carenow. It is not even that busy in the waiting area. Wow I know it can be crazy at the ER, but didn't think you would be treated like this at a Urgent Care center.
