What an embarrassing morning. The store associate goal this morning was to embarrass me and portray me “little poor broke girl asking for refund”. While all I was trying to do was to have a very quiet conversation about a defective product I bought from Soma and what can be done about it.

Terrible experience. The woman fitting me for the bra clearly had no idea what she was doing. Tried on 8-10 bras and ended up leaving in tears. The other two women working were rude and unhelpful.
