I could not make a simple cash deposit for my mother who is dying. We were never made aware of the policy change that if you're name is not on the account you can't make a deposit. Today was the day it went into affect and that really makes it unfair that I was not allowed to deposit. I explained that now a check would bounce and we would receive additional fees because of this unfair policy. Horrible bank.

Phone customer service is like calling nowhere, the information they say they can provide about your transactions is what you can see in your mobile app. Money transfers take forever and you get charged a "maintenance fee" for not making transactions in a short period of time compared with other institutions. Very disappointed.

Ann lambert was amazing, nice, and understanding, she helped me open an account in less than an hour, she helped me use the banking mobile app, she suggested better options to me.. I love this bank and especially this branch!

I came into branch just out with surgery and could barely stand. Since someone landed into my bank information made a mess of it while I was hospitalized. They refused to help correct the issue nor did the assist me customer service because I didn't have an appointment. I said I can wait if her appointment doesn't show. No one showed and the branch manager took me in and attempted to make calls she looked like she was new or something. She couldn't do what another branch manager could! I love this bank BUT this branch location I do not like!!! I opened a new account at another location even if the drive is further to me.I would give them a zero but I can post feedback without one.

I paid them to put a stop payment on a check they charge me $30 and the check ended up getting cashed anyway. I had a fight to get my $30 back bc I never stopped a check in all the years I've been with them and two of their Banks took my card in the ATM and I had to wait a week for somebody to come and get it out. I got a call up and get my money back from the company, bc the bank couldn't do their job right.
