very disappointed of how my dog was handle in Petco and the attitude from petco Grooming on June 13th at 5:59-6:30. I always stop by here to get my mother Dog groom always getting the best for him for we even during the holidays we love to do for our dog is the special bath w pumpkin spice or peppermint sense shampoo and they always gave him a bowtie or tie to fit his little happy personality!!! all the times we always give them his collar body harness and leash when we give him for the appointment. i usually got him groomed and it was at least up to 115$+ no problem for that i loved it here!! however yesterday it was such a horrible experience as soon as we are picking the ticket with my mother to pay it was a wrong one (for a doodle which isn’t my dog it’s a very older Maltese. ) the young girl in the registration told me this isn’t my ticket and go back and get the right one bcuz i will pay for the wrong one !! of course my mother and i went back to get the right one. as soon we came back to the back the women who gave us a ticket DOTTY yelled at us and told me she gave us the right ticket and to pay it. i told her you gave us the wrong one and with the wrong dog. she insisted again she gave us the right one ( while she was working on the same dog she gave us the ticket for.) we said no and we need the right ticket. She yelled at us and told us to reach over the petco table and computer to get it ourselves? we didn’t know which one it was so we said we can’t find it she said “ now you have to wait till i’m done to get the ticket” with such horrible attitude and very aggressive behavior. sadly we reach over looking for our dog paper and finally found it and went out. she was muttering behind us talking we couldn’t hear what she was saying but she was talking behind our back pretty loud. as we are checking out paying for the ticket for the maltese’s my mother and the cashier noticed dotty was dragging and pulling my dog with The petco leash and of course the owner of the dog my mother said “ is she dragging my dog?!” even the cashier couldn’t believe she was doing that and both of them ran to the grooming center to help the dog. Dotty screamed at the poor cashier girl for even telling her to stop what she was doing to the dog the cashier couldn’t believe she even yelled at her and to yelled at my mother ( who’s the Customer of the dog ) not to touch the dog. this experience was truly horrific and horrible. I was even told by other employees this isn’t her first time doing this to someone she been doing this !! the cashier who witnessed all that and manger on that duty truly calm us down for what have happen to our dog and told us to please going back up tomorrow ( which is today june 14th,) to talk to the general manager and the leader of the groomer today about this experience. which i am doing today.

My family and I stopped in on a whim. I was pleasantly greeted with my wife and kids! Soar was in that Saturday and it was nice to visit them due to adopting our one cat from. I would say the shelves looked stocked and very clean. Speaking about clean I would like to commend the team! I must say the animal enclosures ALL looked clean with fresh food and water! Don't even get me started on the fish tanks!!! I mean that in the best possible way! They all looked immaculate!! Especially the feeder tank and the koi tank! A big thank you to Rhonda and Lisa for everything that day!

Came here to get seresto flea collar for my dog... Although I tried to strike up a conversation being nice with the cashier it was almost like she didn't want to hear what I had to say I was just striking up a conversation just being friendly..
