This is one of the worst family practices of all. LVHN needs to step up with family medicine doctors in the Lehigh Valley. They want to put everything into walk in express cares and not a good family doctor who you can trust.

We make appointments for our yearly check up and they keep canceling them we had four appointments canceled already on us. This isn't very nice he has to take off to go there and they keep canceling appointments and he's using his vacation days and they're canceling but boy make sure you get there on time when you got your appointment but they can't keep theirs. And I've been with this practice for a long time and I'm not too happy right now.

My doctor is first class, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is very difficult getting an appointment within a reasonable time frame, however that problem is universal for LVHN

First time going there I was at the er with severe abdominal pain and throwing up and rapid weight loss and blood in my urine they told me to go to my family dr to get a referral to go to a gi first appointment they canceled because supposedly they called a number that wasn’t mine to confirm my appointment and said someone denied it but they send a text not call so when I went in it was completely empty and said the dr can’t see me cus he’s double booked when I went in at my appointment time then they gave me an appointment a week later when I finally went a different front desk lady said they don’t do that there and I still should have been seen or talked to by a nurse for abdominal pain when I finally seen the dr he refused to give me a referral and said I think you should go back to the er to run the same tests the already ran that if I’m still in pain 3 weeks later it’s serious but refused to send me to the proper place I even told him I have an appointment already made for a lump on my knee in October and I need a referral for that refused to give me that referral as well I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone no one deserves to go and not be treated very unprofessional I’d give it negative stars if I could 1 star is too high for the service they give

The medical staff seems knowledgeable and caring - not the same with the administrative personnel! I was provided incorrect interpretation of benefits and does not seem receptive to any communications from medical insurance.I was told this office keeps disconnecting them and failed to get a response!

My mom was diagnosed with Covid. I was trying to reach the doctor for 3 days to get here help or have a virtual meeting. The doctor never responded or ever called us back to answer our questions or needs. Unfortunately, the Lehigh valley does not care about the patients themselves, they just care about the money part of the job. I am no longer bringing her into this office ever again. I am switching her to St.Luke’s.

I love Dr. Goodwin! She is five stars for sure! I just wish I could say the same for the office ladies. So frustrating to deal with on the phone. If it wasn’t for an awesome Dr. I would have left a long time ago.

My family and I have been very happy with the services we have received. From the secretaries to the Pa's to nurses to the doctors and we love how everything is linked together.

Never EVER have I had such an issue with a doctors office having to refill a prescription. Now I have to miss work to go to the first available appointment for a "med check" even though I need this medication as I suffer from extreme panic attacks. Looking for a new doctor asap. Not to mention the run around circle of phone calls for two days from the extremely rude and unprofessional phone staff. Thanks LVPG family medicine.
