This was the worst experience I've ever had with an installation. The first refrigerator was damaged by the installers. They claimed they didn't notice but it was very obvious (I have pictures). Then, I had to buy another refrigerator because Lowe's said they could not swap the damaged unit for a new one. I'm still waiting for the refund on the second refrigerator and it's been over a week! Lastly, Lowe's installers were supposed to return to pickup the damaged refrigerator on and didn't show up. It wasn't until a full week later that they finally got the first unit and I'm still waiting for my refund.
I also purchased a wall-mount oven to have a matching set. Once again it took a week to finally get the a response from Lowe's. They blamed the installer, the installer blamed Lowe's. I don't care who's fault it is, but I do care when no one is able to help and my time is wasted. In total I spent over 3 hours on the phone that week trying to track someone down to help. Finally, Lowe’s told me I had to buy a different oven because it wouldn't fit. So I installed it myself.
As I said, it was by far the worst experience I ever had. I will never buy from Lowe's again.

Research before you go in. Employees could care less, and far from knowledgeable on anything they sell. They don't hire people that know what they are doing, they hire rude bottom feeders, and they go out of their way to avoid you. Who is in charge of hiring at this location? They should be fired. How do you run a business by hiring idiots who aren't interested in learning even a little about the products they sell?

Whoever they got milling their lumber needs to be fired. Pine and fir Boards are warped, checked, cracked, with full piths, and have huge kerf marks throughout. I picked up a 2x10 and it split in my hand before I even got it off the rack

The man at the Appliance Desk , should be nicer and listen to what was said , then not argue when customer explains what he was told to do . and SHOW me what l asked for without a Attitude, and then make me wait for another Employee because he feel pissed , Then a woman who l think was a Dept Mgr. came over and helped me She was so nice. He worked Friday 5/31/24 afternoon

Today, the manager, a possible squonk or maybe another fearsome Critter, was very helpful in my purchase of a dehumidifier. I had spilled over an entire cauldron in prep for a hateful demise of a neighboring beastie and the device will be helpful in clearing the humidity in my cave.

Stood at the paint counter. DESIREE saw us and didn't help us didnt even address us. Another employee came to help us.. then 2 white males walked up and Desiree walks over and helped them.. we said something and Desiree saysbismts first come first serve. Well we were there first. We asked why we weren't helped first and Desiree says because she was helping you. Then Desiree goes an helps a white lady.. so the black employee has to help the black customers I see. Unreal.. this is literally the 2nd time we've been passed over due to our skintone in this establishment..

They lady Elen at the pro desk is miserable and out of line every time I go to this store. She treats customers rudely. It took over 90 minutes to get doors we pre-order and already returned once. They brought 1 door within 10 minutes and I'm still waiting for the other over an hour. If they weren't pre-ordered door I'd go somewhere else just to not deal with this woman

Do not get any work done or anything installed through Lowe’s. They contract the cheapest laborers available in your area and charge you a premium for shotty work.

Very helpful associates, so refreshing. At Home Depot, we walk around for ages looking for help. Here, within minutes, an associate came up to us to see if we needed help choosing a grill. Joe was very informative about the various grills and their features, the Lowe’s protection plan, and everything else we had questions about. He was so helpful and an absolute pleasure to speak with and even helped us out with the order, assembly, and delivery. Huge shout out to Joe!
