I hate to rate them this low because the person who came to inspect my tanker and the delivery person did great job.
However, I had a refund because I was billed extra incase my tanker took more than I anticipated. They didn't refund me until I called them almost after a week. They are very active to take your money, but you have to call them to refund you. To me this is cheating. I spoke to a lady over the phone and asked her what if I didn't call, she told me since people have different choice (some like to stay as credit, etc...). I expected a courtesy call what will my choice rather than holding my money without my consent. It is unethical and unprofessional. Becareful, if you order oil from Lehigh Oil and check your receipt.

I'm very disappointed with this companyThey used to be very loyal I've been without oil 6 days its was a weekend had to wait til Monday had to wait 48 hours before they come out and it was an emergency but still had to wait. Its Wednesday and they said I'm on the list for delivery but don't know what time. I'm getting sick because its cold out but they don't care what people are going through

If I could give negative STARS or no STARS that's how they would be rated! This company delivered and dumped 98+ gallons of oil into my furnace room! We do NOT have an oil tank!!! They had the WRONG address! We went through HELL dealing with them and their insurance company to get our home and our lives back in order. So sad that businesses like this get away with destroying lives with no consequences. So sad! They are not a trusted community friendly fuel service; they are a self-serving business entity. Spoken from true experience!

I recommend no one to use these people for service straight garbage they never delivered my oil also refunded me because they felt like it ounce paid I go on the website and can see there rate when up I got it at 3.60 now it’s 4 dollars come on now need better service and I will spread the word not to use this company pathetic.

Very rude worker decided that he was going to block traffic and not move. I asked him very nicely before he got out of the truck to move over because I couldn't get through. There was more than enough room for him to park properly. He took his time and never moved. I called the company to complain and instead of apologizing, the woman on the line made excuses about why he was in the middle of the road. Although my review has nothing to do with getting service, it does represent the type of people that are apart of this company.

STAY AWAY!! FRAUDSTERS!!!I ordered oil and the truck showed up with 38.2 gallons on the meter and nothing was pumped yet!! They tried to charge me for 38 gallons. After going around in circles telling Kelly I didn't get the 38 gallons , finally the driver himself ( bruce) admitted that the 38 gallons was delivered to the previous customer. My wife videotaped the entire exchange including the driver admitting to the fraud. Contact me for a copy of the video I'll be glad to share it.

We had a small problem with our Delivery. Brenda who I assume is the office manager, if she isn't she should be. She Was in contact with me several times and went above and beyond to help me straighten everything out. Thank you Brenda you're the Best

I have been a customer of lehigh fuels for about 10 years under the pre pay plan where I pay about $5000 at the beginning of the heating season. This year I sold my house with thousands still in the account. Now I am told that when I cancel my acct. because I sold my house I would have to pay a heavy penalty for canceling my account This is after being a loyal customer for 10 years of using the pre pay plan. I feel that this is a business scam and penalty for a loyal customer, and I feel cheated. So watch out for shady business like this, they did it to me so they can do it to anyone, be careful who you do business with. I rate this business as a 1 out of a 5stars.
